【摘要】：近年來,隨著河源市工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展和城市化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),水污染已成為一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)問題,特別是水污染治理方面的問題。目前,政府正加大力度治理水環(huán)境污染,但因污染面源廣,治理難度高,生產(chǎn)方式粗放,人民環(huán)保意識(shí)不夠等,水污染狀況不容樂觀。因此,針對(duì)河源市水污染現(xiàn)狀及其治理存在的主要問題進(jìn)行研究和剖析,具有十分重要的意義。本文以河源市水污染治理為研究對(duì)象,以該市水污染治理存在的主要問題為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以提高當(dāng)?shù)厮廴局卫硭?實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展為最終目標(biāo),并結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際情況,綜合運(yùn)用環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、環(huán)境管理學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等理論,探索解決河源市水污染問題的新思路、新方法,為該市水污染治理工作提供理論基礎(chǔ)。本研究主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)地調(diào)研法和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法。文獻(xiàn)研究法為本文提供了知識(shí)積累和研究思路,通過外部性理論、公共物品理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,對(duì)河源市存在的水污染問題進(jìn)行了深入分析,并提出了防止和治理河源市水污染的對(duì)策;實(shí)地調(diào)研法和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法為本文的理論研究提供數(shù)據(jù)事實(shí),通過定量分析佐證理論的正確性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Heyuan city industry and the development of urbanization, water pollution has become a hot and difficult problem, especially in water pollution treatment. At present, the government is increasing efforts to control water environmental pollution, but due to a wide range of sources of pollution, high difficulty in governance, extensive production, people's awareness of environmental protection is not enough, the water pollution situation is not optimistic. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and analyze the current situation of water pollution in Heyuan city and the main problems in its treatment. This paper takes the water pollution control of Heyuan City as the research object, taking the main problems existing in the water pollution control in the city as the starting point, taking the improvement of the local water pollution treatment level and the realization of sustainable development as the ultimate goal, and combining with the local actual conditions. Based on the theories of environmental economics, environmental management and statistics, this paper explores new ideas and methods to solve the problem of water pollution in Heyuan City, which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of water pollution in Heyuan City. This research mainly uses the literature research method, the field investigation method and the statistical method. The literature research method provides the knowledge accumulation and the research thought for this article, through the externality theory, the public goods theory and the sustainable development theory, has carried on the thorough analysis to the Heyuan city water pollution question, The countermeasures of preventing and controlling water pollution in Heyuan City are put forward. Field investigation and statistical methods provide the data for the theoretical research in this paper, and the validity of the supporting theory is analyzed quantitatively.
