【摘要】：近年來,我國環(huán)境事件頻發(fā),分析城鎮(zhèn)在環(huán)境事件中表現(xiàn)出的脆弱性是脆弱性研究的新興領域,也是環(huán)境風險評估方法構建的重要組成部分。通過對已有研究中脆弱性構成要素和研究對象的歸納和總結,提出了城鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境事件脆弱性評估的概念模型和評估框架。結合典型環(huán)境事件特征分析和敏感目標識別,從環(huán)境系統(tǒng)、社會系統(tǒng)、經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)三個維度構建了公里網(wǎng)格尺度的城鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境事件脆弱性評價指標體系,并探討了指標的選取原則和空間化計算方法。本研究為城鎮(zhèn)實地開展環(huán)境事件脆弱性評估提供理論依據(jù)和方法基礎。
[Abstract]:In recent years, environmental events occur frequently in China. Analyzing the vulnerability of cities and towns in environmental events is a new field of vulnerability research and an important part of the construction of environmental risk assessment methods. A conceptual model and an assessment framework for vulnerability assessment of urban environmental events are put forward by summarizing the elements and objects of vulnerability in existing studies. Based on the characteristic analysis of typical environmental events and the identification of sensitive targets, a vulnerability assessment index system of urban environmental events on the scale of km grid is constructed from the three dimensions of environmental system, social system and economic system. The principle of index selection and the method of spatial calculation are also discussed. This study provides a theoretical and methodological basis for carrying out vulnerability assessment of environmental events in cities and towns.
