基于文脈保護(hù)的建筑拆解及廢舊材料再利用研究

【摘要】:在我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程中,大量建筑物被拆除,這是城市新陳代謝的必然過程。然而建筑在拆毀后所產(chǎn)生的大量舊材料卻無法得到很好的循環(huán)再利用,這就難免造成資源、能源的浪費(fèi)、環(huán)境污染等問題,更有切斷城市建筑文脈斷裂的可能與影響。這都不符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展的原則以及當(dāng)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)、生態(tài)、環(huán)保的發(fā)展理念。近年來,隨著大量建筑垃圾的產(chǎn)生、城市建筑文脈斷裂、建筑風(fēng)格的國(guó)際化等弊端的凸顯,學(xué)者和設(shè)計(jì)師們開始逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到這一系列問題的嚴(yán)重性,開始積極的尋找一種新的方式,以期望減少人類對(duì)資源的過渡消耗、對(duì)環(huán)境的破壞、對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文脈的保護(hù)及延續(xù)?茖W(xué)而有計(jì)劃的建筑拆解及舊建筑材料再利用為我們提供了一個(gè)可能的選擇性。垃圾是放錯(cuò)地方的財(cái)富,建筑舊材料更是這些財(cái)富中的最具價(jià)值的夜明珠。本文通過從對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑拆解和舊建筑材料再利用的研究入手,對(duì)這一問題中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié)。通過對(duì)建筑拆解及舊材料再利用的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、環(huán)境效益、社會(huì)文化效益進(jìn)行分析,推導(dǎo)出其再利用的優(yōu)越性及可行性,以及對(duì)將來促進(jìn)可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展的積極作用。同時(shí),也要指明目前在我國(guó)的現(xiàn)狀下阻礙其發(fā)展的各種障礙。本文力圖從技術(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)等不同層面入手,以期望實(shí)現(xiàn)包括設(shè)計(jì)、拆解、回收、再利用在內(nèi)的整個(gè)過程的可行性。在以可持續(xù)發(fā)展和堅(jiān)持繼承傳統(tǒng)文脈的前提下,以舊建筑材料再利用的手段,來達(dá)到保護(hù)生態(tài)、節(jié)約資源、降低排放、延承文脈的目的。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization in China, a large number of buildings have been demolished, which is an inevitable process of urban metabolism. However, a large number of old materials produced after demolition can not be recycled, which will inevitably lead to the problems of resources, energy waste, environmental pollution and so on, and it will also have the possibility and influence of cutting off the broken context of urban buildings. This is not in line with the principles of sustainable development and contemporary architectural design science, ecology, environmental protection development concept. In recent years, with the emergence of a large number of construction waste, urban architectural context broken, architectural style of internationalization and other shortcomings highlighted, scholars and designers began to gradually realize the seriousness of this series of problems. Start to actively seek a new way to reduce the human consumption of resources, environmental damage, the protection and continuation of the traditional context. The scientific and planned dismantling of buildings and the reuse of old building materials provide us with a possible selectivity. Garbage is the treasure of the wrong place, and old building materials are the most valuable pearl of these wealth. In this paper, the key links of this problem are analyzed and summarized through the research on the dismantling of buildings and the reuse of old building materials at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of the economic benefit, environmental benefit and social and cultural benefit of building dismantling and reuse of old materials, the superiority and feasibility of the reuse are deduced, and the positive effect on the sustainable design development in the future is deduced. At the same time, we should also point out the obstacles that hinder the development of our country. In order to realize the feasibility of the whole process, including design, disassembly, recovery and reuse, this paper tries to start with different aspects of technology and design. On the premise of sustainable development and inheriting the traditional context, the purpose of protecting ecology, saving resources, reducing emissions and extending the context can be achieved by means of reuse of old building materials.
