【摘要】：針對我國環(huán)境科技發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與重大需求,結(jié)合理論梳理,構(gòu)建了技術(shù)評價理論解釋模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采取專家調(diào)查方式,重點與美國、日本、德國等主要發(fā)達(dá)國家進(jìn)行對比,對環(huán)境領(lǐng)域9個子領(lǐng)域技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢、技術(shù)水平和發(fā)展階段進(jìn)行了評價。結(jié)果表明,我國環(huán)境領(lǐng)域與國際先進(jìn)水平的差距正在逐漸縮小,雖有部分技術(shù)領(lǐng)先,但大部分還處于跟蹤前沿狀態(tài),而且原創(chuàng)性技術(shù)較少、產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度較低,環(huán)境科技支撐國家生態(tài)文明建設(shè)和持續(xù)和諧發(fā)展任重而道遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:According to the present situation and great demand of environmental science and technology development in China, a theoretical explanation model of technology evaluation is constructed. On the basis of this, adopting the method of expert investigation and comparing with the major developed countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany and other major developed countries, the trend, level and stage of technological development in nine subfields of environmental field are evaluated. The results show that the gap between China's environmental field and the international advanced level is gradually narrowing. Although some of the technologies are leading, most of them are still in the forefront of tracking, and there are fewer original technologies and a lower degree of industrialization. Environmental science and technology support the construction of national ecological civilization and sustainable and harmonious development.
