基于LCED的報廢汽車回收體系的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)后,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)飛速發(fā)展,汽車保有量劇增,資源與環(huán)境之間的矛盾逐漸凸顯。我國即將步入中等收入水平國家行列。在此期間,大量汽車將進(jìn)入人們的日常生活中。而汽車保有量的進(jìn)一步增大,不可避免地會有相當(dāng)數(shù)量的汽車進(jìn)入“老年期”,直至廢棄。這些廢舊的汽車并不是一無是處,而是沒有被合理的利用,由此導(dǎo)致能源重復(fù)消耗、資源浪費(fèi)及二次環(huán)境污染問題,并直接影響汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的正常發(fā)展。因此,當(dāng)汽車到達(dá)其使用年限時,將會對其進(jìn)行回收處理,所以新汽車進(jìn)入社會愈多,隨之而來的是年報廢汽車也將會增多,報廢汽車對人們生活、健康和環(huán)境的影響變得日益嚴(yán)重。此外,我國早已提出的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,節(jié)約資源和能源,提高廢舊產(chǎn)品的回收再利用已經(jīng)變得迫在眉睫,所以報廢汽車的回收再利用受到了政府及社會的高度重視。本文對報廢汽車回收再利用進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)而又深刻的研究。論文首先對報廢汽車的回收再利用做了分析,提出并強(qiáng)調(diào)報廢汽車回收再利用的重要意義,對國內(nèi)外報廢汽車回收再利用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行陳述和說明,而后針對我國現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的措施。其次,通過對汽車回收理論的研究,建立了基于LCED的報廢汽車回收評價體系。分別從汽車產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、環(huán)境性和技術(shù)性三個方面,闡述了報廢汽車應(yīng)該達(dá)到的重要目標(biāo)。建立汽車拆解模型,利用遺傳算法不斷對拆解模型優(yōu)化,從而獲得最經(jīng)濟(jì)的拆解序列;通過ISO14000的LCA評價報廢汽車環(huán)境性以及通過模糊層次分析法評價報廢汽車技術(shù)性。以便為汽車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在汽車設(shè)計階段提供參考,另外還能為汽車零部件的回收提供依據(jù)。最后,建立了基于MySQL的報廢汽車回收系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫。使用該評價系統(tǒng)建立的數(shù)據(jù)庫可以提供報廢汽車在經(jīng)濟(jì)性、環(huán)境性和技術(shù)性方面優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),不但可以為報廢汽車在回收階段的評價提出一定的意見,而且可以反饋到其初始設(shè)計生產(chǎn)階段,為設(shè)計生產(chǎn)提供反饋信息,從而促使設(shè)計師進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry in 21 century, the contradiction between resources and environment is becoming more and more serious. China is about to step into the ranks of middle-income countries. During this period, a large number of cars will enter people's daily life. However, with the further increase of vehicle ownership, a considerable number of cars will inevitably enter the "old age" until they are abandoned. These used cars are not useless, but are not used reasonably, which leads to repeated energy consumption, waste of resources and secondary environmental pollution, which directly affects the normal development of automobile industry. Therefore, when the car reaches its annual limit of use, it will be recycled, so the more new cars enter society, the more end-of-life cars will follow. Health and environmental impacts are becoming increasingly serious. In addition, the sustainable development strategy that our country has put forward for a long time, saving resources and energy, improving the recycling and reuse of waste products has become urgent, so the government and society attach great importance to the recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles. This paper makes a systematic and profound study on the recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles. First of all, the paper analyzes the recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles, puts forward and emphasizes the importance of recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles, and states and explains the current situation of recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles at home and abroad. Then according to the present situation and existing problems of our country, the corresponding measures are put forward. Secondly, through the research on the theory of automobile recycling, the evaluation system of scrap car recycling based on LCED is established. From the aspects of economy, environment and technology of automobile product design, this paper expounds the important goals that should be achieved for scrapped automobile. The model of automobile disassembly is established and the most economical disassembly sequence is obtained by using genetic algorithm to optimize the model. The environmental property of scrapped vehicle is evaluated by LCA of ISO14000 and the technology of scrapping vehicle is evaluated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). In order to provide reference for automobile manufacturing enterprises in automobile design stage, and also provide basis for auto parts recovery. Finally, the database of scrap car recovery system based on MySQL is established. The database established by the evaluation system can provide advantages and disadvantages in economy, environmental and technical aspects, not only for the evaluation of end-of-life vehicles in the recycling stage, but also for some suggestions. Moreover, it can feed back to the initial design and production stage, and provide feedback information for the design and production, thus prompting designers to improve.
