用低品位菱鐵礦石去除水中低濃度磷酸鹽

【摘要】:用掃描電子顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀、X射線熒光和Fourier紅外等技術(shù)研究了銅陵新橋天然菱鐵礦吸附除磷前后的結(jié)構(gòu)和組成特征,結(jié)合粒徑、溶液p H、反應(yīng)溫度、干擾離子、溶解氧對菱鐵礦吸附除磷的效果影響,分析了天然菱鐵礦深度除磷的效果及機(jī)理。靜態(tài)吸附實驗表明:25℃室溫下,在初始磷濃度為1 mg/L,固液質(zhì)量比為1㑳500時,吸附后溶液中殘留磷濃度低于0.025 mg/L,處理后的磷濃度滿足地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量Ⅱ類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。動力學(xué)、熱力學(xué)實驗結(jié)果表明:25℃室溫下,接觸反應(yīng)8 h時可達(dá)到平衡,過程較好地符合Lagergren準(zhǔn)二級速率方程;天然菱鐵礦對磷的去除規(guī)律可用Langmuir模型很好地描述,靜態(tài)實驗除磷飽和容量為6.101 mg/g,并且不受水體共存離子影響。其除磷作用機(jī)理主要是菱鐵礦中亞鐵經(jīng)氧化產(chǎn)生新生鐵氧化物對磷酸根的化學(xué)吸附,溶解氧對除磷有顯著影響。吸附的產(chǎn)物是以雙齒雙核表面配位為主,以少量單齒單核表面配位為輔的配位化合物。利用天然菱鐵礦在水中氧化產(chǎn)生鐵氫氧化物的特性,在城市生活污水深度除磷以及富營養(yǎng)化水體凈化領(lǐng)域具有潛在應(yīng)用價值。
