亞臨界水熱反應(yīng)處置固體廢棄物中水介質(zhì)及堿作用的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:針對(duì)水熱反應(yīng)處置固體廢棄物的亞臨界水熱環(huán)境,綜述了水介質(zhì)和堿作用的研究進(jìn)展。水介質(zhì)是水熱反應(yīng)中不可或缺的介質(zhì)環(huán)境和反應(yīng)載體,在亞臨界水熱處置固體廢棄物體系中,水介質(zhì)的離子積隨溫度的升高、壓力的增加而急劇增大;水介質(zhì)壓強(qiáng)與填充度的關(guān)系不顯著;水介質(zhì)密度隨壓力變化不明顯,主要由溫度控制;水介質(zhì)與產(chǎn)物的相關(guān)關(guān)系,符合水熱反應(yīng)"生長(zhǎng)基元"模型。堿的引入,不但可以提高固體廢棄物在水熱溶液中的溶解度,且提高了其溶解度溫度系數(shù);不同陽(yáng)離子及堿濃度均會(huì)對(duì)反應(yīng)進(jìn)程和反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物產(chǎn)生重要影響。亞臨界水熱反應(yīng)中水介質(zhì)和堿的作用是固體廢棄物水熱反應(yīng)的基礎(chǔ),對(duì)提高固體廢棄物水熱資源化的效果及進(jìn)程具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the subcritical hydrothermal environment of solid waste disposal by hydrothermal reaction, the research progress of water medium and alkali action is reviewed. Water medium is an indispensable medium environment and reaction carrier in hydrothermal reaction. In the subcritical hydrothermal treatment of solid waste system, the ionic product of water medium increases sharply with the increase of temperature and pressure. The relationship between the pressure of water medium and the filling degree is not significant, the density of water medium is not obvious with the pressure, and is mainly controlled by temperature, and the correlation between the water medium and the product accords with the "growth unit" model of hydrothermal reaction. The introduction of alkali can not only improve the solubility of solid waste in hydrothermal solution, but also increase the temperature coefficient of solubility, and different cations and alkali concentrations will have an important effect on the reaction process and reaction products. The action of water medium and alkali in the subcritical hydrothermal reaction is the basis of the hydrothermal reaction of solid waste and plays an important role in improving the effect and process of the hydrothermal recycling of solid waste.
