【摘要】：餐廚垃圾是城市有機垃圾中最重要的一種,包括家庭、學(xué)校、食堂及餐飲行業(yè)等產(chǎn)生的食物加工下腳料(廚余)和食用殘余(泔腳)。其特點主要是含水量高,水份占到垃圾總量的80~90%;有機物高,油脂高,鹽分高;易腐爛變質(zhì),易發(fā)酵,易發(fā)臭,易滋長寄生蟲、卵及病原微生物和霉菌等有毒有害物質(zhì)。2011年5月,青島市被選為餐廚廢棄物資源化利用和無害化處理第一批試點城市,建設(shè)餐廚廢棄物資源化處置廠迫在眉睫,青島十方生物能源有限公司負責承建青島市餐廚垃圾處理廠項目。青島餐廚垃圾處理項目從2012年10月開工建設(shè),到2013年8月份建設(shè)完成。自2013年9月份進入調(diào)試運行,2014年10月1日,通過綜合驗收,正式進入商業(yè)運行。本文通過分析國內(nèi)外餐廚垃圾處理現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)歸納目前常用的幾個處理工藝。確定青島市餐廚垃圾處理規(guī)模。通過對幾種常用技術(shù)工藝原理研究,探討各個工藝優(yōu)缺點,相互對比借鑒,分析桻島選擇厭氧發(fā)酵工藝的原因,探討提高目前技術(shù)的水平的方法。并結(jié)合工程實際分析青島餐廚垃圾處理廠厭氧工藝各個工作流程,研究各個工藝階段,探討創(chuàng)新工藝改進手段。通過分析青島餐廚垃圾處理廠的環(huán)境和生態(tài)現(xiàn)狀,對產(chǎn)生的廢水、廢氣、固體廢棄物采取適當?shù)奈廴痉乐未胧�。收運系統(tǒng)作為處理餐廚垃圾的保障系統(tǒng),是整個餐廚垃圾資源化處理系統(tǒng)的重要環(huán)節(jié),也是保證處理廠正常運行的關(guān)鍵。最后對桻島餐廚垃圾行業(yè)管理提出意見和建議。
[Abstract]:Kitchen waste is one of the most important types of municipal organic waste, including food processing waste (kitchen waste) and food residue (slops) produced by family, school, canteen and catering industry. It is characterized by its high water content, which accounts for 80 / 90 of the total waste; high organic matter, high grease and high salt content; perishable, fermentable, smelly, parasitic, eggs and other toxic and harmful substances, such as pathogenic microorganisms and molds. In May 2011, Qingdao has been selected as the first batch of pilot cities for the utilization and harmless treatment of kitchen wastes. It is urgent to build a disposal plant for food wastes. Qingdao Shifang Bioenergy Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction of the Qingdao Food and Kitchen waste disposal Plant Project. Qingdao food and kitchen waste disposal project from October 2012 construction to the completion of construction in August 2013. From September 2013 into commissioning, October 1, 2014, through comprehensive acceptance, formally into commercial operation. Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign kitchen garbage treatment, this paper summarizes several commonly used treatment processes. Determine the scale of waste disposal of food and kitchen in Qingdao. Based on the study of the principle of several common technologies, the advantages and disadvantages of each process are discussed, and the reasons for selecting anaerobic fermentation process are analyzed, and the methods to improve the current technology level are discussed. Combined with the engineering practice, this paper analyzes each working process of anaerobic process in Qingdao restaurant garbage treatment plant, studies each process stage, and probes into the means of innovation of process improvement. Based on the analysis of the environment and ecological status of Qingdao restaurant garbage treatment plant, appropriate pollution prevention measures were taken for waste water, waste gas and solid waste. The collection and transportation system, as a guarantee system for the treatment of kitchen garbage, is an important link in the whole recycling system of kitchen garbage, and also the key to ensure the normal operation of the treatment plant. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the management of the waste industry.
