有機(jī)功能化纖蛇紋石納米管的制備及其對重金屬離子吸附性能研究

【摘要】:本文采用接枝法,以纖蛇紋石納米管(ChNTs)為原料,3-巰基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷作為表面功能化試劑,制備了巰基功能化纖蛇紋石納米管(ChNTs-SH)和氨基功能化纖蛇紋石納米管(ChNTs-NH2)。通過X射線衍射(XRD)、傅立葉紅外光譜(FTIR)、光電子能譜(XPS)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)及氮氣吸附-脫附等現(xiàn)代化測試手段對功能化纖蛇紋石納米管進(jìn)行表征分析,并研究其對重金屬離子的吸附性能。(1)表征分析顯示,巰基和氨基成功地負(fù)載到纖蛇紋石納米管表面。、接枝反應(yīng)沒有改變纖蛇紋石納米管的骨架結(jié)構(gòu)特征,但受表面負(fù)載功能基團(tuán)的影響,其有序度、比表面積、孔徑以及孔容都有所下降。(2)以巰基功能化纖蛇紋石納米管為吸附劑系統(tǒng)地研究對重金屬離子Pb(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附性能。Pb(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)在巰基功能化纖蛇紋石納米管上的吸附主要受到pH和溫度的影響,且擬二級動力學(xué)模型更適合模擬該吸附過程,Langmuir模型能較好的模擬該吸附等溫數(shù)據(jù)。巰基功能化纖蛇紋石納米管對Pb(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附過程為自發(fā)的吸熱過程,吸附過程不僅有纖蛇紋石納米管對重金屬的吸附,還有表面巰基官能團(tuán)對重金屬的絡(luò)合。巰基功能化纖蛇紋石納米管對重金屬離子Pb(Ⅱ)、 Cd(II)和Cr(Ⅲ)具有選擇吸附性,且吸附順序為Pb(Ⅱ)Cd(Ⅱ)Cr(Ⅲ)。(3)氨基功能化纖蛇紋石納米管吸附Pb(Ⅱ)受pH和溫度的影響較大,擬二級動力學(xué)模型更適合模擬該吸附過程,Langmuir模型能較好的模擬該吸附等溫數(shù)據(jù),且吸附過程為自發(fā)的吸熱過程。吸附過程不僅有纖蛇紋石納米管對重金屬離子的吸附,還有氨基官能團(tuán)對重金屬離子的絡(luò)合。氨基功能化纖蛇紋石納米管對重金屬離子Pb(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅲ)具有選擇吸附性,且吸附順序為Cr(Ⅲ)
[Abstract]:In this paper, using chrysotile nanotube (ChNTs) as raw material, 3-mercapto propyltrimethoxy silane and 3-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane were used as surface functionalization reagents. Mercapto functional chrysotile nanotubes (ChNTs-SH) and amino functional chrysotile nanotubes (ChNTs-NH2) were prepared. The functional chrysotile nanotubes were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (XRD),) (FTIR), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),) (XPS), scanning electron microscope (SEM),) transmission electron microscope (TEM) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption. The adsorption properties of chrysotile on chrysotile nanotubes were studied.
