碳納米管負載二氧化鈦的制備及其對甲基橙的光催化降解

【摘要】:采用溶膠-凝膠法,以鈦酸四丁酯為前驅(qū)體,羧基化多壁碳納米管(oCNTs)為載體,乙醇為溶劑,冰醋酸為抑制劑,成功制備了TiO_2納米粒子負載碳納米管的復(fù)合光催化劑(TiO_2/o CNTs).通過XRD、TEM、UV等測試手段對復(fù)合材料進行了表征.結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)450℃煅燒3 h后制備的TiO_2/o CNTs復(fù)合體系中,納米TiO_2呈現(xiàn)銳鈦礦且均勻包覆在碳納米管表面.o CNTs的存在能夠有效改變復(fù)合材料的表面性質(zhì),以實現(xiàn)TiO_2對紫外光的敏感性.當TiO_2和o CNTs的質(zhì)量比為1∶0.03、TiO_2/3%o CNTs催化劑使用量為0.8 g/L時,對20 mg/L甲基橙溶液紫外燈照射1 h,甲基橙溶液的降解率達到99%,而同等條件下純TiO_2對甲基橙的降解率不到50%,說明o CNTs能夠有效提高TiO_2對甲基橙的光催化活性.TiO_2/3%o CNTs光催化劑對甲基橙進行5次循環(huán)降解,降解率保持在95%左右.
[Abstract]:Using tetrabutyl titanate as precursor, carboxylated multiwalled carbon nanotubes (oCNTs) as support, ethanol as solvent and acetic acid as inhibitor, the composite photocatalyst (TiO_2/o CNTs).) supported on TiO_2 nanoparticles was successfully prepared by sol-gel method.
