【摘要】：直轄以來,重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)取得了巨大成就,城市化、工業(yè)化迅速發(fā)展,人民生活水平不斷提高。但與此同時,重慶市的生態(tài)環(huán)境也在不斷惡化,耕地減少、水土流失、區(qū)域能源短缺、大氣污染、水體污染等問題頻頻發(fā)生,已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響到重慶市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為重慶市當(dāng)前面臨的重要課題。生態(tài)足跡法將消費資源和人類生活產(chǎn)生的廢棄物轉(zhuǎn)化為生物生產(chǎn)面積。由于生態(tài)足跡法易于操作、可以對生態(tài)環(huán)境作出定量分析,因此它被廣泛應(yīng)用于生態(tài)環(huán)境的持續(xù)性和安全性的評價當(dāng)中。本文以重慶市為研究對象,通過查閱1998-2013年的《重慶市統(tǒng)計年鑒》、《中國統(tǒng)計年鑒》等資料,采用生態(tài)足跡模型,對重慶市1997-2011年間的生態(tài)足跡進(jìn)行了相關(guān)計算,并根據(jù)計算結(jié)果,分析了重慶市生態(tài)足跡、生態(tài)承載力以及生態(tài)赤字的變化趨勢,研究了在重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)進(jìn)程對生態(tài)環(huán)境造成最大影響的因素。然后采用萬元GDP生態(tài)足跡、生態(tài)足跡多樣性和生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展能力三種指標(biāo),對重慶市的生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)展能力進(jìn)行分析。最后結(jié)合重慶市生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,提出保護(hù)重慶市生態(tài)環(huán)境的措施。
[Abstract]:Since its direct jurisdiction, Chongqing has made great achievements in economic construction, urbanization, rapid development of industrialization, and the improvement of people's living standards. But at the same time, the ecological environment of Chongqing is deteriorating, the cultivated land is decreasing, soil erosion, regional energy shortage, air pollution, water pollution and other problems occur frequently, which has seriously affected the sustainable development of Chongqing. The coordinated development of economic construction and ecological environment has become an important subject in Chongqing. The ecological footprint method converts the waste produced by consumption resources and human life into biological production area. Because the ecological footprint method is easy to operate and can make quantitative analysis of the ecological environment, it is widely used in the evaluation of the sustainability and safety of the ecological environment. This paper takes Chongqing as the research object, through consulting the data of Chongqing Statistical Yearbook from 1998 to 2013 and China Statistical Yearbook, using the ecological footprint model to calculate the ecological footprint of Chongqing from 1997 to 2011, and according to the calculation results, This paper analyzes the changing trend of ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit in Chongqing, and studies the factors that have the greatest influence on the ecological environment in the process of economic construction in Chongqing. Then the ecological footprint, diversity of ecological footprint and development ability of eco-economic system were used to analyze the ecological environment development ability of Chongqing. Finally, combined with the current situation of ecological environment in Chongqing, the measures to protect the ecological environment of Chongqing are put forward.
