一株銅綠微囊藻溶藻菌的分離鑒定和溶藻特性

【摘要】:以銅綠微囊藻為溶解對象,從富營養(yǎng)化水體中分離到1株溶藻菌H1,通過形態(tài)特征及16S rDNA序列分析,該菌株屬寡養(yǎng)單胞菌屬(Stenotrophomonas sp.),GenBank登錄號為KU359254。探討了菌株H1對銅綠微囊藻(FACHB-1326)的溶藻方式,菌藻濃度、菌的生長時期及光照、pH、溫度等環(huán)境因子對銅綠微囊藻溶藻效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,菌株H1溶藻方式主要是間接作用溶藻。處于對數(shù)期的菌株H1抑藻效果最高,溶藻率達77.9%;菌液濃度達10~8 CFU·mL~(-1)以上,溶藻率最高,為81.8%;在pH7、30℃條件下,活性較強;pH7時30℃條件下,溶藻率為72.5%,63.2%;菌株H1對微囊藻生長的抑制效果是全黑條件光循環(huán)條件全光條件,全黑條件下溶藻率最高為59.9%。
[Abstract]:Using microcystis aeruginosa as dissolution object, a strain of H1 was isolated from eutrophic water. According to morphological characteristics and 16s rDNA sequence analysis, the strain belongs to (Stenotrophomonas sp.) GenBank accession number is KU359254.. The effects of environmental factors, such as strain H1 on microcystis aeruginosa (FACHB-1326), algae concentration, growth period, pH of light and temperature, were studied. The results showed that the main way of algal dissolution of strain H _ 1 was indirect action. Strain H1 at logarithmic stage had the highest inhibitory effect on algae, the algae dissolution rate was 77.9%, the concentration of bacteria solution was more than 108 CFU mL~ (-1), the highest algae-lysing rate was 81.8%, and under the condition of pH7,30 鈩,
