臭氧組合工藝深度處理焚燒垃圾滲濾液的研究

【摘要】:研究了單級臭氧(O_3)-生物活性炭(BAC)、兩級串聯(lián)O3-BAC、O3-Na2CO3混凝-BAC三種臭氧組合工藝深度處理焚燒垃圾滲濾液的二級生物處理尾水的效果。結(jié)果表明,在200mg O3/L的臭氧投加量下,兩級串聯(lián)O3-BAC對COD、UV254和色度的去除率分別為75.9%±2.1%、78.8%±2.9%和96.8%±0.9%,處理出水COD基本保持在100mg/L以下,色度低于40倍,滿足排放要求;而單級O3-BAC對COD、UV254和色度的去除率分別為68.2%±1.3%、69.7%±0.5%和92.5%±1.1%,處理出水COD濃度保持在150mg/L左右,色度在60倍左右,不能達(dá)到排放要求。單級O3-BAC在290mg O3/L臭氧投加量下,才能達(dá)到兩級串聯(lián)O3-BAC在200mg O3/L的臭氧投加量下的污染物去除效果。此外,兩級串聯(lián)O3-BAC在臭氧投加量為200mg O3/L時,雖然對總氮去除效果差,但總磷去除率達(dá)到63.5%±4.4%,出水總磷濃度穩(wěn)定在1mg/L以下,直接達(dá)到了GB16889-2008的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。水中p H經(jīng)兩級臭氧氧化后都降低,經(jīng)兩級BAC處理后又升高。兩級串聯(lián)系統(tǒng)可以有效減少臭氧氧化生成的羧酸類物質(zhì)在臭氧氧化塔中的積累,避免由此降低p H進(jìn)而抑制羥基自由基的生成、影響臭氧氧化作用的發(fā)揮。臭氧氧化過程中容易形成磷酸鈣、碳酸鈣等物質(zhì),引起濾池堵塞,影響濾池運轉(zhuǎn)。在臭氧-生物濾池工藝中增加Na2CO3混凝,可有效緩解生物濾池的結(jié)垢堵塞。O3-Na2CO3混凝-BAC對COD、TOC、色度有較好去除效果,能夠達(dá)到《生活垃圾填埋場污染控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 16889-2008)。BAC為厭氧生物濾池時污染物去除效果優(yōu)于好氧。但該系統(tǒng)TN去除效果有限,外加碳源有一定效果。臭氧和濾池處理后,有機污染物的GC-MS檢測組分?jǐn)?shù)和峰面積都大幅度下降,特別是芳香族化合物削減幅度明顯;鐵在處理過程中含量變化不大,鈣、鋅、錳和銅下降趨勢明顯。臭氧和BAC處理后,垃圾滲濾液的發(fā)光菌毒性、SOS/umu遺傳毒性和斑馬魚早期發(fā)育毒性都有較大幅度降低,但系統(tǒng)出水中仍檢出較強的SOS/umu遺傳毒性和斑馬魚早期發(fā)育毒性,值得密切關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:The effect of two-stage series O _ 3-BACU _ 3-Na _ 2CO _ 3 coagulation-BAC combined with single stage ozone (O _ S _ 3)-biological activated carbon (BAC),) on advanced treatment of waste leachate incineration by two stage biological treatment was studied. The results showed that under the ozone dosage of 200mg O _ 3 / L, the removal rates of COD,UV254 and chromaticity by two-stage series O3-BAC were 75.9% 鹵2.1% 鹵2.9% and 96.8% 鹵0.9%, respectively. The effluent COD was kept below 100mg/L and the chroma was less than 40 times. The removal rates of COD,UV254 and chromaticity by single stage O3-BAC were 68.2% 鹵1.3% 鹵0.5% and 92.5% 鹵1.1%, respectively. The concentration of COD in treated effluent was about 150mg/L and the chroma was about 60 times, which could not meet the requirement of discharge. Under the ozone dosage of 290mg O _ 3 / L, single-stage O3-BAC can achieve the pollutant removal effect of two-stage series O3-BAC under the ozone dosage of 200mg O _ 3 / L. In addition, when the ozone dosage of two-stage series O3-BAC is 200mg O 3 / L, the removal efficiency of total phosphorus is 63.5% 鹵4.4, and the effluent phosphorus concentration is stable below 1mg/L, which directly meets the discharge standard of GB16889-2008. The pH in water decreased after two stage ozone oxidation, and then increased after two stage BAC treatment. The two-stage series system can effectively reduce the accumulation of carboxylic acids produced by ozone oxidation in the ozonation tower, avoid the reduction of pH and thus inhibit the formation of hydroxyl radicals, and affect the exertion of ozone oxidation. Calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate are easily formed in the process of ozone oxidation, which causes blockage of the filter and affects the operation of the filter. Adding Na2CO3 coagulation to the ozonic-biofilter process can effectively alleviate the fouling blockage of bio-filter. O _ 3-Na _ 2CO _ 3 coagulating BAC has a better removal effect on COD,TOC, chroma. When GB 16889-2008 was used as anaerobic filter, the removal efficiency of pollutants was better than that of aerobic. However, the TN removal effect of the system is limited, and the addition of carbon source has a certain effect. After ozone and filter treatment, the GC-MS fraction and peak area of organic pollutants decreased significantly, especially for aromatic compounds, but the content of iron did not change, but calcium, zinc, manganese and copper decreased obviously. After the treatment of ozone and BAC, the toxicity of MSL leachate was decreased greatly, but the genotoxicity of SOS/umu and the early developmental toxicity of zebrafish were still detected in the effluent of the system, and the genotoxicity of SOS/umu and the early developmental toxicity of zebrafish were also detected. It deserves close attention.
