【摘要】:本文提出了一維結(jié)渣動力學模型,并用該模型研究鋁電解槽廢舊陰極炭塊的高溫燃燒動力學。研究了不同碳含量和溫度對反應(yīng)速率的影響,實驗結(jié)果表明:在碳含量為70%~100%時,碳濃度變化對反應(yīng)速率的影響符合0.46級反應(yīng);在溫度區(qū)間為900~1080℃時,碳含量為72%的廢舊陰極炭塊活化能為2263.15k J/mol。動力學機理函數(shù)公式為1/αln|1-α|-1/α|1-α-αm|=βt
