污水處理固體廢棄物的低碳處理和綜合利用研究

【摘要】:隨著氣候變化、資源枯竭等全球問(wèn)題日益凸顯,低碳理念越來(lái)越深入人心,低碳城市的建設(shè)也推向了高潮,而低碳城市的建設(shè)關(guān)鍵在于實(shí)施低碳化策略。因此本課題針對(duì)深圳低碳城內(nèi)污水處理固體廢棄物(丁山河污水處理廠剩余污泥和人工濕地收割植物)的處理處置未引入低碳化策略,根據(jù)低碳城對(duì)固體廢棄物處理處置的要求,研究污水處理固體廢棄物的特征,對(duì)比研究得到低碳的處理處置方案。同時(shí)對(duì)深圳市生活垃圾處理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,研究污水處理固體廢棄物摻混生活垃圾焚燒的可行性,利用生命周期對(duì)方案的碳排放進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),得到集約、循環(huán)的低碳型廢棄物處理系統(tǒng),為深圳低碳城固體廢棄物低碳處理的發(fā)展提供重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。本文研究了污水處理固體廢棄物(丁山河污水處理廠剩余污泥和人工濕地收割植物)的特征和處理處置現(xiàn)狀,并提出了初步方案。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)了剩余污泥的特性含量和季節(jié)性變化規(guī)律。其中污泥的含水率、有機(jī)物含量、有機(jī)質(zhì)含量、總養(yǎng)分、熱值和重金屬含量(銅、鉻、鎳、鋅)在旱季大于雨季;相比于剩余污泥,收割植物的含水率和熱值較高,重金屬含量較低,且無(wú)明顯的季節(jié)性變化規(guī)律。結(jié)合處置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和低碳城現(xiàn)狀及規(guī)劃,初步篩選出污水處理固體廢棄物填埋方案和混合焚燒方案。研究了污水處理固體廢棄物(丁山河污水處理廠剩余污泥和人工濕地收割植物)混合焚燒方案,并提出“自然干化+混合焚燒”的具體方案及方案基本參數(shù)。同時(shí)對(duì)混合焚燒方案和填埋方案進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析和碳排放計(jì)算,得到混合焚燒方案相比于填埋方案具有更大的低碳和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。研究提出了污水處理固體廢棄物(丁山河污水處理廠剩余污泥和人工濕地收割植物)摻混生活垃圾焚燒方案,得到摻混焚燒方案相比于混合焚燒方案具有更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和碳減排量,且能夠形成集約、循環(huán)的低碳型的廢棄物處理系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)。同時(shí)利用e Balance軟件評(píng)價(jià)得到摻混焚燒方案生命周期的總碳排放系數(shù)。
[Abstract]:With the global problems such as climate change and resource depletion becoming increasingly prominent, the concept of low carbon is becoming more and more popular, and the construction of low-carbon cities is also reaching a climax. The key to the construction of low-carbon cities lies in the implementation of low-carbon strategies. Therefore, the low carbonization strategy has not been introduced to the treatment and disposal of solid waste in Shenzhen low carbon city sewage treatment plant (surplus sludge from Dingshan River sewage treatment plant and harvesting plants in constructed wetlands). According to the requirements of low carbon city for solid waste treatment, the characteristics of sewage treatment solid waste are studied, and the low carbon treatment and disposal scheme is obtained. At the same time, the present situation of municipal solid waste disposal in Shenzhen was investigated, and the feasibility of mixing solid waste with domestic waste incineration was studied. The carbon emission of the scheme was evaluated by using the life cycle, and the intensity was obtained. The recycle low carbon waste treatment system provides important practical significance for the development of low carbon solid waste treatment in Shenzhen. In this paper, the characteristics and treatment status of wastewater treatment solid waste (surplus sludge and reaping plants in constructed wetland) were studied, and a preliminary scheme was put forward. The characteristic content and seasonal variation of excess sludge were found. The moisture content, organic matter content, total nutrient, calorific value and heavy metal content (copper, chromium, nickel, zinc) of sludge were higher in dry season than in rainy season. The content of heavy metals was low and there was no obvious seasonal variation. Combined with the standard of disposal and the present situation and plan of low carbon city, the landfill scheme and mixed incineration scheme of sewage treatment solid waste were preliminarily selected. The mixed incineration scheme of wastewater treatment solid waste (surplus sludge and reaping plants in constructed wetland) was studied, and the concrete scheme and basic parameters of "natural dry mixed incineration" were put forward. At the same time, the economic analysis and carbon emission calculation of the mixed incineration scheme and the landfill scheme are carried out. The results show that the mixed incineration scheme has more low carbon and economic benefits than the landfill scheme. The incineration scheme of solid waste (surplus sludge and reaping plants in constructed wetland) for solid waste treatment in Dingshan River sewage treatment plant was studied and put forward. Compared with the mixed incineration scheme, the mixed incineration scheme has more economic benefits and carbon emission reduction, and can form the goal of intensive, circular low carbon waste treatment system. At the same time, the total carbon emission coefficient of the life cycle of the mixing incineration scheme was evaluated by e Balance software.
