水質(zhì)在線監(jiān)測(cè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Water pollution is forewarned. Continuous monitoring of pollutants is the premise of environmental control, and its function is very important. With the development of modern sensing technology, computer application technology and information transmission technology, the traditional water quality detection method, which is based on manual field sampling and laboratory instrument analysis, is no longer in line with the real-time and efficient monitoring data. An accurate request. The comprehensive on-line monitoring system of water quality will become a new direction in the future because of the real-time data acquisition of water environment, the effective monitoring and early warning, and the study of its evolution trend. Therefore, a water quality online monitoring and control system based on AM3352 chip is designed in this paper. Firstly, on the basis of reading a lot of literature about water quality monitoring and online control, this paper studies the current situation and development trend of water quality monitoring, and introduces the composition and working principle of a comprehensive water quality online monitoring system. At the same time, the concrete contents and working principles of each subsystem are expounded, and the functional requirements and the overall design scheme of the system are put forward according to the existing problems of the water quality monitoring system. Then, according to the performance requirements of the system, comparing and selecting the system scheme from two aspects of software and hardware, a water quality on-line monitoring field control system with AM3352 chip as the core is designed. The hardware design of the system mainly includes the following modules: power module, processor core module, network interface module, serial port expansion module, audio interface module, LCD display interface module and USB interface module. The software design first introduces the development process of the system software, and then introduces the driver design of the audio module and the corresponding audio codec and speech endpoint detection algorithm. The driver design flow of other modules is introduced with the examples of GPMC and Netport driver module. The design and implementation of CPLD logic programming are introduced in detail. Finally, the paper introduces the function test method, process and test results of the main function modules of the on-line water quality monitoring field control system, and carries on the reliability test to ensure the normal and stable operation of the system.
