鈦白廢酸提鈧工藝中除鈦的研究

【摘要】:在鈦白廢酸中,鈦量約是鈧的500倍。因此,在提鈧工藝中,除鈦是關(guān)鍵,常見的方法是萃取法。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明,在硫酸加雙氧水除鈦方法中,當(dāng)洗液中硫酸酸度為6 mol/L,雙氧水含量為4%,洗滌溫度為70℃,攪拌時(shí)間為25分鐘,洗滌段為6級,洗滌相比O/A=3∶1時(shí),負(fù)載有機(jī)相中鈦的去除率為99.67%,且洗滌過程中鈧未損失。
