城鎮(zhèn)污水廠污泥快速固化劑研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)污水廠污泥固化處理周期長(zhǎng)、效能低的問(wèn)題,研發(fā)城鎮(zhèn)污水廠污泥快速(3d)固化劑?疾炝肆蜾X酸鹽水泥、硅酸鹽水泥、高錳酸鉀、早強(qiáng)減水劑、粉煤灰、石灰等多種固化材料和添加劑對(duì)固化體強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著硫鋁酸鹽水泥、硅酸鹽水泥、高錳酸鉀、早強(qiáng)減水劑和粉煤灰摻入量的增加,3 d固化體抗壓強(qiáng)度逐步提高,其影響順序?yàn)?硫鋁酸鹽水泥硅酸鹽水泥高錳酸鉀早強(qiáng)減水劑粉煤灰;石灰對(duì)固化體強(qiáng)度影響顯著;膨潤(rùn)土和石膏對(duì)增強(qiáng)固化體強(qiáng)度作用較小。快速固化劑組分及其配比為硫鋁酸鹽水泥(3.9%)、硅酸鹽水泥(3%)、石灰(1.7%)、粉煤灰(6%),其3 d固化強(qiáng)度滿足污泥填埋處置的要求。固化體浸出液中COD、氨氮濃度顯著降低;SEM結(jié)果表明,固化污泥顆粒較脫水污泥具有孔隙率小、結(jié)構(gòu)密實(shí)、含有大量顆粒狀結(jié)晶的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of long solidification period and low efficiency of sludge solidification in urban wastewater treatment plant, a rapid (3 d) solidifying agent was developed. The effects of sulphoaluminate cement, Portland cement, potassium permanganate, early strength water reducer, fly ash, lime and other curing materials and additives on the strength of solidified body were investigated. The results show that the compressive strength of the solidified body increases gradually with the increase of the content of sulphoaluminate cement, Portland cement, potassium permanganate, early strength water reducer and fly ash. The order of influence is as follows: sulfite cement Portland cement potassium permanganate early strength reducer fly ash lime has a significant effect on the strength of solidified body bentonite and gypsum have little effect on strengthening the strength of solidified body. The rapid curing agent composition and its proportion are sulphoaluminate cement (3.9%), Portland cement (3%), lime (1.7%) and fly ash (6%). The SEM results showed that the solidified sludge particles had smaller porosity, denser structure and a large number of granular crystals than those of dewatered sludge.
