基于熱壓塊的不銹鋼粉塵還原實驗

【摘要】:為了從不銹鋼粉塵中回收利用Fe,Cr和Ni等,對不銹鋼粉塵熱壓塊制備及其自還原過程進(jìn)行了研究.在熱壓溫度為200℃,熱壓壓力為35 MPa條件下,抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到900 N/個以上.高溫條件下,煤熱解產(chǎn)生的揮發(fā)分可參與不銹鋼粉塵還原反應(yīng),當(dāng)還原溫度為1 400,1 450℃時,揮發(fā)分還原作用率達(dá)到0.4.據(jù)XRD分析和熱力學(xué)計算,自還原過程中含鉻物質(zhì)的物相轉(zhuǎn)變順序為Fe Cr2O4,Cr2O3,Cr7C3,[Cr]Fe-Cr-Ni-C.當(dāng)還原溫度為1 450℃,煙煤中固定碳與粉塵中可去除氧的物質(zhì)量的比(xc/xo)為0.72時,不銹鋼粉塵熱壓塊不能完全還原;當(dāng)xc/xo大于0.8,還原20 min時,不銹鋼粉塵熱壓塊能完全還原.
