基于自熱型酸化提取銅冶煉渣中有價組分鐵

【摘要】:本文以銅冶煉渣為研究對象,采用自熱型反應(yīng),以加工業(yè)硫酸酸化、酸浸提取的方法提取有價元素鐵。研究考察了液固比、自熱反應(yīng)溫度、溶出時間、溶解溫度因素對銅冶煉渣中鐵溶出的影響規(guī)律,以單因素實驗為基礎(chǔ),進行正交實驗,優(yōu)化浸提銅冶煉渣中鐵的工藝條件。實驗結(jié)果表明:銅冶煉渣酸浸提取鐵的最優(yōu)工藝條件為:自熱反應(yīng)溫度90℃、液固比0.8、溶出時間30 min、溶解溫度70℃,此時鐵的提取率達到69.95%,通過XRF(X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,X射線熒光光譜分析儀)、SEM(scanning electron microscope,掃描電子顯微鏡)、XRD(Xray diffraction,X射線衍射儀)、EDS(energy dispersive spectroscopy,能譜儀)等手段對浸取渣的物相和微觀形貌進行表征,分析結(jié)果表明:銅冶煉渣自熱酸浸后,浸取渣中只有SiO_2、少量含鐵化合物以及微量Ca SO4存在,說明銅冶煉渣通過自熱式酸浸反應(yīng)可以充分浸取其中的有價組分鐵。該法為銅冶煉渣資源化高效利用探索出一條新的工藝思路。
[Abstract]:In this paper, copper smelting slag was used as the research object. The method of sulfuric acid acidification and acid leaching was used to extract valuable iron from copper smelting slag. The effects of liquid-solid ratio, self-heating reaction temperature, dissolution time and dissolution temperature on the dissolution of iron from copper smelting slag were investigated. Based on the single factor experiment, orthogonal experiments were carried out to optimize the technological conditions of iron extraction from copper smelting slag.
