山核桃外果皮活性炭的制備及其吸附性能的研究

【摘要】:以山核桃外果皮為原料,用磷酸作為活化劑,制備山核桃殼基活性炭(簡(jiǎn)稱核桃殼炭)。用單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)法優(yōu)化制備條件,得出制備核桃殼炭條件為:山核桃外果皮與50%的磷酸溶液比例為1:3,在160℃條件下浸漬60min,最后以5℃/min速度升溫至450℃,保溫60min;用稀鹽酸沖洗所得核桃殼炭后,再用蒸餾水洗滌至中性,烘干。原料山核桃外果皮和優(yōu)化條件下制備的核桃殼炭的進(jìn)行表征,分析制備活化過程中山核桃外果皮的變化。紅外光譜分析發(fā)現(xiàn),磷酸活化制備核桃殼炭造成部分基團(tuán)的位移,且部分基團(tuán)被氧化;掃描電鏡觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),山核桃外果皮表面較平整且無空隙,核桃殼炭表面空隙網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)增多;分析X射線衍射得出活化過程中有部分結(jié)晶區(qū)消失。探討了核桃殼炭對(duì)工業(yè)廢水中常見的堿性染料孔雀石綠(MG)和亞甲基藍(lán)(MB)、酸性染料棗紅(PRM)和銅離子(Cu2+)的吸附性能。核桃殼炭吸附堿性染料實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:MG和MB吸附最佳投加量為1.0 g·L-1,最適pH值分別為5-9和6-9,原液酸堿值在此范圍內(nèi),且對(duì)堿性染料的吸附過程均符合二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型和Langmuir吸附等溫方程。318K條件下、初始濃度100 mg·L-1的MG經(jīng)過12h吸附,去除率可達(dá)99.06%,吸附為自發(fā)的吸熱過程;303K條件下,自然酸堿度條件下初始濃度為100 mg·L-1MB經(jīng)過12h吸附,去除率達(dá)99.28%,且吸附均為自發(fā)放熱的過程;核桃殼炭吸附PRM最佳投加量為2.0 g·L-1,溶液酸堿性對(duì)吸附效果影響較小,318K、PRM自然酸堿度條件下初始濃度100 mg·L-1、吸附時(shí)間12h,廢水中PRM的去除率達(dá)99.61%,動(dòng)態(tài)和靜態(tài)吸附分別符合準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型和Langmuir吸附等溫式,吸附過程為自發(fā)吸熱過程。吸附Cu2+實(shí)驗(yàn)中,當(dāng)吸附劑用量為0.0500g、318K、50 mL Cu2+初始濃度100mg·L-1在pH為5的條件下,震蕩12h,吸附量達(dá)29.08mg·g-1,吸附過程符合Langmuir吸附等溫式、準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,高溫有利于吸附量的提高,是自發(fā)的吸熱過程。
