小清河流域中上游段城市化對水環(huán)境影響研究

【摘要】:城市化作為當今世界最重要的社會經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象之一,正對生態(tài)環(huán)境造成現(xiàn)實和潛在的威脅。水環(huán)境作為生態(tài)環(huán)境的重要組成部分,是人們生命安全和社會健康發(fā)展的基礎。小清河流域作為“藍黃兩區(qū)”和省會城市群發(fā)展的重要增長極,流域?qū)⒚媾R更加嚴峻的水資源短缺和水環(huán)境污染的挑戰(zhàn),水環(huán)境安全問題已成為威脅流域居民身體健康、制約城市化可持續(xù)發(fā)展的瓶頸因素。因此,從根本上預防城市化過程中產(chǎn)生新的水環(huán)境安全問題,減少水環(huán)境安全問題對小清河流域城市發(fā)展影響,探討城市化與水環(huán)境安全之間的耦合關系,對合理開發(fā)利用水資源,保護恢復生態(tài),推進小清河流域城鎮(zhèn)化健康發(fā)展具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先從人口、經(jīng)濟、社會和空間四個方面對小清河中上游段濟南市和淄博市城市化發(fā)展概況進行了測度評價;其次統(tǒng)計分析了小清河流域污染物排放情況,并對干流睦里莊、辛豐莊、浮橋及石村斷面水環(huán)境進行了分析與評價;最后采取定量分析方法,在科學建立城市化與水環(huán)境質(zhì)量耦合系統(tǒng)評價指標體系的基礎上,分析了小清河中上游濟南市和淄博市城市化演變態(tài)勢主要因素,并進一步探究了城市化發(fā)展與水環(huán)境耦合關系。本文主要研究成果如下:(1)城市化綜合指數(shù)值與各斷面耦合結果表明:源頭睦里莊斷面地表水綜合污染指數(shù)變化除1998年出現(xiàn)最大值外,其余年份與濟南市城市化綜合指數(shù)耦合趨勢較好,水質(zhì)受城市化發(fā)展影響較小;辛豐莊斷面地表水綜合污染指數(shù)值較高,水污染嚴重,從時間序列上分析,2007年之前,濟南市城市化綜合指數(shù)與辛豐莊斷面地表水綜合污染指數(shù)耦合波動性較大,處于極其不穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),但2007年之后,二者耦合關系較好;小清河浮橋及石村斷面地表水綜合污染指數(shù)與淄博市城市化綜合指數(shù)在2006年之前耦合趨勢較差,隨城市化發(fā)展波動幅度較大,但2006年之后,二者耦合關系向良好方面發(fā)展,耦合趨勢趨于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。(2)城市化子系統(tǒng)與各斷面耦合相關性表明:城市化子系統(tǒng)社會城市化與辛豐莊斷面地表綜合污染指數(shù)耦合相關系數(shù)最高,二者相關性較好,之后依次為經(jīng)濟城市化、空間城市化和人口城市化;浮橋斷面與社會城市化相關系數(shù)最高,之后依次為空間城市化、經(jīng)濟城市化和人口城市化;石村斷面與經(jīng)濟城市化耦合性較好,此后依次為社會經(jīng)濟化、空間經(jīng)濟化和人口城市化。基于上述分析,提出小清河中上游段城市化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及水環(huán)境問題治理和保護對策建議。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important social and economic phenomena in the world, the city is one of the real and potential threats to the ecological environment. As an important part of the ecological environment, the water environment is the foundation of people's life safety and social health development. The Xiaoqing River Basin is the important growth pole of the "blue yellow two" and the provincial capital city group. The region will face the more severe shortage of water resources and the challenge of water environment pollution. The problem of water environment security has become a bottleneck for the health of the residents and the sustainable development of urbanization. Therefore, the new water environmental safety problems are generated in the process of urbanization and the problem of water environment safety is reduced to the Xiaoqing River Basin. The influence of urban development, discussing the coupling relationship between urbanization and water environment security, is of great theoretical and practical significance to the rational development and utilization of water resources, the protection and restoration of ecology, and the healthy development of the urbanization in the Xiaoqing River Basin. First of all, this article from four aspects of the population, economy, society and space of the middle and upper reaches of the Xiaoqing River in Ji'nan The survey and evaluation of the urbanization development of Zibo city were evaluated. Secondly, the pollutant emission in the Xiaoqing River Basin was analyzed statistically, and the water environment of the main stream was analyzed and evaluated. Finally, the quantitative analysis method was adopted to evaluate the coupling system of the scientific construction of urbanization and the water environment quality. On the basis of the standard system, the main factors of urbanization in Ji'nan and Zibo in the middle and upper reaches of Xiaoqing River are analyzed, and the coupling relationship between urbanization and water environment is further explored. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) the comprehensive index of urbanization and the coupling results of each section show that the source of surface water pollution in the source of the city is the source of the comprehensive pollution of the surface water. In addition to the maximum value of the dyed index in 1998, the coupling trend of the other years with the urbanization comprehensive index in Ji'nan is better, the water quality is less affected by the urbanization development. The comprehensive pollution of the surface water pollution of the Xin Feng Zhuang cross section is higher, the water pollution is serious, the analysis of the water pollution is serious, and the comprehensive index of the urbanization of Ji'nan and Xin Feng Zhuang are broken before 2007. The integrated pollution index of surface surface water pollution is very volatile and in extremely unstable state, but after 2007, the coupling relationship of the two is better. The coupling trend of the surface water pollution index of the Xiaoqing River floating bridge and the Stone Village section and the Zibo urbanization comprehensive index are poor before 2006, and the fluctuation with the urbanization is larger, but in 2006. After that, the coupling relationship between the two is good, and the coupling trend tends to be stable. (2) the coupling correlation between the urbanization subsystem and the cross section shows that the coupling correlation coefficient of the urbanization and the comprehensive pollution index of the surface of the surface of the urbanization is the highest, and the correlation of the two is better, followed by the Economic Urbanization and the space city in turn. The correlation coefficient between the floating bridge section and the social urbanization is the highest, followed by the spatial urbanization, the Economic Urbanization and the population urbanization in turn, and the coupling of the stone village cross section and the economic urbanization is better, and then the social economy, the space economy and the population urbanization are followed. Based on the above analysis, the middle and upper reaches of the Xiaoqing River are put forward.
