改性及納米二氧化錳負(fù)載硅藻土對(duì)苯酚廢水的吸附應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:論文以十二烷基三甲基溴化銨(DTAB)為改性劑對(duì)酸洗活化后的硅藻土進(jìn)行改性;以乙酸錳和檸檬酸為原料,采用溶膠-凝膠法分別制備了納米Mn02和納米Mn02負(fù)載的硅藻土。分別以改性硅藻土、納米Mn02和納米Mn02負(fù)載的硅藻土為吸附劑,以初始濃度為100mg·L-1的模擬苯酚廢水中苯酚的去除率為主要考察指標(biāo),通過(guò)單因素條件實(shí)驗(yàn)、正交實(shí)驗(yàn),分別考察并確定了改性硅藻土、納米Mn02及納米Mn02負(fù)載的硅藻土吸附處理模擬苯酚廢水的較優(yōu)化吸附工藝條件,并確定了其吸附熱力學(xué)模型。實(shí)驗(yàn)工作得出的主要結(jié)論如下:(1)以模擬苯酚廢水中苯酚的去除率為考察指標(biāo),通過(guò)單因素條件實(shí)驗(yàn)、正交實(shí)驗(yàn)考察并確定了改性硅藻土吸附處理模擬苯酚廢水的較優(yōu)化吸附工藝條件為:吸附溫度20℃,吸附時(shí)間2h,體系pH值7,改性硅藻土用量2g·L-1。此條件下改性硅藻土對(duì)苯酚的去除率可達(dá)69.6%。(2)以模擬苯酚廢水中苯酚的去除率為考察指標(biāo),通過(guò)單因素條件實(shí)驗(yàn)、正交實(shí)驗(yàn)考察并確定了納米Mn02吸附處理模擬苯酚廢水的較優(yōu)化吸附工藝條件為:吸附溫度20℃,吸附時(shí)間60min,體系pH值3,納米Mn02用量0.45g·L-1。此條件下納米MnO2對(duì)苯酚的去除率可達(dá)76.03%。(3)以苯酚去除率為考察指標(biāo),通過(guò)單因素條件實(shí)驗(yàn)、正交實(shí)驗(yàn)考察并確定了納米MnO2負(fù)載的硅藻土吸附處理模擬苯酚廢水的較優(yōu)化吸附工藝條件為:吸附溫度20℃,吸附時(shí)間100min,體系pH值2,納米Mn02負(fù)載的硅藻土用量0.7g·L-1。此條件下納米Mn02負(fù)載的硅藻土對(duì)苯酚的去除率可達(dá)86.5%。(4)吸附熱力學(xué)研究結(jié)果顯示:酸洗活化硅藻土和改性硅藻土對(duì)苯酚的吸附等溫線符合Freundlich吸附模型;納米Mn02和納米Mn02負(fù)載的硅藻土對(duì)苯酚的吸附等溫線符合Langmuir吸附模型。酸洗硅藻土、改性硅藻土、納米Mn02和納米Mn02負(fù)載的硅藻土對(duì)苯酚的飽和吸附量分別為12.15mg·g-1、26.1mg·g-1、 161.8123mg·g-1、207.0393mg·g-1。
[Abstract]:In this paper, dodecyl trimethylammonium bromide (DTAB) was used as modifier to modify diatomite after acid washing, and nanometer Mn02 supported diatomite were prepared by sol-gel method with manganese acetate and citric acid as raw materials. The modified diatomite, nanometer Mn02 and nanometer Mn02 loaded diatomite were used as adsorbents, and the removal rate of phenol in simulated phenol wastewater with initial concentration of 100mg L-1 was used as the main index. The optimum adsorption conditions of modified diatomite, nanometer Mn02 and nanometer Mn02 loaded diatomite for the treatment of simulated phenol wastewater were investigated and determined, and its adsorption thermodynamic model was determined. The main conclusions of the experiment are as follows: (1) the removal rate of phenol in simulated phenol wastewater is taken as the index of investigation.
