鄰甲苯胺廢水電化學(xué)處理效能的影響因素研究

【摘要】:文章采用石墨片做電極,搭建了簡(jiǎn)易的電化學(xué)污水處理裝置處理鄰甲苯胺模擬廢水。實(shí)驗(yàn)中分別選取Na_2SO_4和NaCl做電解質(zhì)考察了電解質(zhì)濃度和電流密度對(duì)鄰甲苯胺去除效果的影響規(guī)律,比較了2種電解質(zhì)條件下COD去除率與能耗的差異,初步分析探討了電化學(xué)反應(yīng)器去除鄰甲苯胺的機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明,NaCl做電解質(zhì)時(shí)的去除效果明顯優(yōu)于Na_2SO_4,同等條件下鄰甲苯胺的去除率高出41.2%,COD去除率高出37.2%,優(yōu)化條件下所需能耗降低7.4%。這主要是由于氯化鈉做電解質(zhì)時(shí),不僅有陽(yáng)極對(duì)鄰甲苯胺的直接氧化降解作用還能夠產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)氧化性的氯氣和次氯酸間接氧化鄰甲苯胺。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a simple electrochemical wastewater treatment device was built using graphite sheet as electrode to treat o-toluidine simulated wastewater. In the experiment, Na_2SO_4 and NaCl were chosen as electrolytes to investigate the effect of electrolyte concentration and current density on the removal efficiency of o-toluidine, and the difference between COD removal efficiency and energy consumption was compared. The removal mechanism of o-toluidine by electrochemical reactor was analyzed. The results show that the removal efficiency of sodium chloride as electrolyte is obviously better than that of Na2SOs _ 4, the removal rate of o-toluidine is higher than that of 41.2% and 37.2% of COD under the same conditions, and the energy consumption is reduced by 7.4% under the optimized conditions. This is mainly due to the direct oxidation degradation of o-toluidine by anode and the indirect oxidation of o-toluidine by chlorine gas and hypochloric acid when sodium chloride is used as electrolyte.
