【摘要】：防治污染,保護(hù)環(huán)境是我國(guó)的一項(xiàng)基本國(guó)策,也是地方政府的一項(xiàng)重要職責(zé)。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)度的加快,工業(yè)廢水、城鎮(zhèn)污水規(guī)模不斷增加,水污染問(wèn)題逐漸嚴(yán)重,大量工業(yè)廢水、城市污水未經(jīng)處理直接排入環(huán)境,污染大量水資源,加劇了我國(guó)水資源的緊缺。廢水治理的嚴(yán)重滯后,已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)水環(huán)境污染的重要因素,直接威脅我國(guó)保障居民飲用水的安全和居民身體健康,同時(shí)對(duì)工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重影響。如果我國(guó)廢水處理體系不抓緊建設(shè),將直接對(duì)人們的身體健康和居住、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)環(huán)境造成威脅。近年來(lái),國(guó)家日益重視水環(huán)境污染狀況,并針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行了全國(guó)污染源普查,加大對(duì)水污染防治設(shè)施的建設(shè)投入,建設(shè)了一批具有示范意義的城市(含工業(yè)園區(qū))污水處理廠,使廢水、污水處理狀況有所好轉(zhuǎn)。某縣城市污水處理廠采用是的生產(chǎn)廢水和生活污水先分流處理再合并處理的方法,用生產(chǎn)廢水、生活污水分別經(jīng)過(guò)預(yù)處理后混合后再一起經(jīng)過(guò)MBR生物接觸氧化池處理,經(jīng)過(guò)處理之后能夠達(dá)到達(dá)到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 18918-2002)中一級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的B標(biāo)準(zhǔn),廢水處理的流程相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單,處理的成本較低,該工程實(shí)例為此類廢水的研究提供了參考和依據(jù)。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)該工程的設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)行調(diào)試、結(jié)果分析,可以得到以下結(jié)論:(1)該類廢水主要是去除COD和T-N、T-P等污染物質(zhì),本工藝采用MBR生化處理工藝具有較好的處理效果;(2)經(jīng)過(guò)二個(gè)多月的調(diào)試之后,廢水處理工程進(jìn)入到穩(wěn)定的階段,廢水出水CODCr、T-N的均值分別為39.3 mg/L、7.06 mg/L,去除率分別可以達(dá)到90.5%、55%。
[Abstract]:To prevent and control pollution and protect environment is a basic national policy and an important duty of local government. With the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the scale of industrial wastewater and urban sewage is increasing, the problem of water pollution is becoming more and more serious, a large amount of industrial waste water is discharged directly into the environment without treatment, and a large number of water resources are polluted. The shortage of water resources in China has been aggravated. The serious lag of wastewater treatment has become an important factor of water environment pollution in our country, which directly threatens the safety of drinking water and the health of residents in our country. At the same time, it has a serious impact on the production of industry and agriculture. If the waste water treatment system in our country is not constructed quickly, it will directly threaten people's health and living, social economy and ecological environment. In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to the situation of water environment pollution, and has carried out a nationwide pollution source survey, increased investment in the construction of water pollution prevention facilities, and built a number of urban sewage treatment plants (including industrial parks) with exemplary significance. The treatment of waste water and sewage has been improved. In a county sewage treatment plant, the production wastewater and the domestic sewage were treated first by diverging water and then combined with each other. The production wastewater and the domestic sewage were treated by MBR biological contact oxidation tank after pretreatment and mixing, respectively. After treatment, the wastewater treatment process is relatively simple and the cost of treatment is relatively low, which can meet the first class B standard of the pollutant discharge standard of the municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB 18918-2002). The engineering example provides a reference and basis for the study of this kind of wastewater. Through the design, operation and commissioning of the project, the following conclusions can be obtained: (1) the main pollutants of this kind of wastewater are the removal of COD and T-Nu T-P, etc. After more than two months of debugging, the wastewater treatment project has entered a stable stage, the average value of effluent CODCrTN is 39.3 mg / L ~ (7.06) mg / L, and the removal rate can reach 90.5 ~ (55) g 路L ~ (-1), respectively.
