【摘要】：選取2005~2012年我國制造業(yè)省級面板數(shù)據(jù),從產(chǎn)業(yè)層面探討我國制造業(yè)集聚與環(huán)境污染的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,在控制了產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、外商直接投資、能源消耗、科技投入、環(huán)境規(guī)制等條件下,制造業(yè)集聚與環(huán)境污染之間呈倒"N"型關(guān)系,并且目前我國制造業(yè)集聚水平以中低集聚度為主,處于倒"N"型曲線的兩個轉(zhuǎn)折點之間。據(jù)此,提出了進一步提升制造業(yè)集聚水平以降低環(huán)境污染水平的政策建議,最終實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟增長和保護環(huán)境的雙贏。
[Abstract]:Based on the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2012, the relationship between manufacturing agglomeration and environmental pollution in China is discussed. The results show that under the conditions of controlling industrial scale, foreign direct investment, energy consumption, scientific and technological input, environmental regulation and so on, the relationship between manufacturing agglomeration and environmental pollution is inverted "N" type. At present, the level of manufacturing agglomeration in our country is dominated by low and middle concentration, which is between the two turning points of the inverted "N" curve. On the basis of this, some policy suggestions are put forward to further improve the level of manufacturing agglomeration in order to reduce the level of environmental pollution, and finally realize the win-win situation of economic growth and environmental protection.
