基于生態(tài)混凝土的水污染修復(fù)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:針對日益嚴(yán)重的城市河道水污染問題,本文開展了生態(tài)混凝土應(yīng)用于城市河道水污染治理的可行性及水質(zhì)凈化效果的研究。通過理論探討與模型試驗相結(jié)合的方法,對生態(tài)混凝土的物理、力學(xué)性能、配合比設(shè)計進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃設(shè)計,展開了生態(tài)混凝土城市河道污水修復(fù)模型試驗及生態(tài)混凝土植草技術(shù)的研究工作,并結(jié)合試驗成果探討了生態(tài)混凝土水質(zhì)凈化機(jī)理及適應(yīng)于邯鄲地區(qū)的生態(tài)混凝護(hù)坡植物。研究成果具有重要的理論指導(dǎo)意義及非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本研究成果為生態(tài)混凝土應(yīng)用于城市河道污水修復(fù)提供了可靠的依據(jù)和方法,對其它污水處理工程也有參考價值。本研究的主要結(jié)論如下:(1)通過減少膠凝材料用量和添加硫酸亞鐵降低生態(tài)混凝土p H值的方法是可行的。單一粒徑粗骨料生態(tài)混凝土試塊,膠凝材料用量與孔隙率成反比例關(guān)系,孔隙率與滲透系數(shù)成正比例關(guān)系,生態(tài)混凝土28d抗壓強(qiáng)度隨著滲透系數(shù)的增加而減小;不同孔隙率的生態(tài)混凝土試塊對于水體溫度、p H值的影響趨勢基本相同。(2)通過生態(tài)混凝土靜態(tài)吸附試驗與動態(tài)過水試驗?zāi)M城市河道不同水流流速條件下生態(tài)混凝土護(hù)坡污水修復(fù)效果是可行的,且水質(zhì)凈化效果明顯。靜態(tài)吸附試驗中,3#試驗組總氮的去除率47.4%,硝酸鹽氮去除率27.2%,氨氮去除率28.2%,總磷去除率分別為69.4%,高錳酸鉀指數(shù)下降率51.6%。動態(tài)過水試驗中,總氮累積去除率為57.12%,硝酸鹽氮累積去除率49.60%,亞硝酸鹽氮去除率48.08%,氨氮累積去除率44.68%,總磷累積去除率為76.32%,高錳酸鉀累積去除率為50.81%。(3)通過優(yōu)化生態(tài)混凝土配合比,可以有效地提高了水質(zhì)凈化效果。當(dāng)采用單一粗骨料,骨料粒徑為20~25mm,水膠比為0.3,硫酸亞摻量為12%,礦灰最優(yōu)摻量為4%時,生態(tài)混凝土水污染修復(fù)效果最佳。(4)生態(tài)混凝土水質(zhì)凈化過程中,物理凈化作用是水質(zhì)凈化的主要途徑。總氮和總磷的去除途徑最主要來源于生態(tài)混凝土試塊的機(jī)械截留和化學(xué)吸附作用;硝酸鹽氮、亞硝酸鹽氮和氨氮的凈化效果主要受微生物作用影響。(5)生態(tài)混凝土植草試驗表明,白羊草比高羊茅更適合作為邯鄲地區(qū)的城市河道生態(tài)護(hù)坡植物。
[Abstract]:In view of the increasingly serious urban river water pollution, the feasibility of applying ecological concrete to the treatment of urban river water pollution and the effect of water quality purification are studied in this paper. Through the combination of theory and model test, the physical, mechanical properties and mix ratio design of ecological concrete are planned and designed. The model test of ecological concrete urban river sewage restoration and the research of ecological concrete grass planting technology were carried out. The mechanism of ecological concrete water quality purification and the ecological coagulant slope protection plants suitable for Handan area were discussed in combination with the experimental results. The research results have important theoretical guidance significance and very important practical significance. The results of this study provide a reliable basis and method for the application of ecological concrete in urban river sewage restoration, and also have reference value for other sewage treatment projects. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) it is feasible to reduce the pH value of ecological concrete by reducing the amount of cementitious material and adding ferrous sulfate. For the ecological concrete with single diameter coarse aggregate, the cement content is inversely proportional to the porosity, the porosity is proportional to the permeability coefficient, and the compressive strength of the ecological concrete decreases with the increase of the permeability coefficient. The effect of ecological concrete samples with different porosity on water temperature pH value is basically the same. (2) Eco-concrete static adsorption test and dynamic overwater test are used to simulate ecological mixing in urban river under different flow velocity conditions. It is feasible to restore the waste water from the slope protection of the clotted soil. And the water quality purification effect is obvious. In the static adsorption test, the removal rate of total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and potassium permanganate were 47.4, 27.2, 28.2, 69.4 and 51.6, respectively. The cumulative removal rate of total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and potassium permanganate were 57.12, 49.60, 48.08, 44.68, 76.3232 and 50.81% respectively. (3) by optimizing the ecological concrete mixture ratio, the total nitrogen accumulation removal rate was 57.12, the nitrite nitrogen removal rate was 48.08, the ammonia nitrogen accumulation removal rate was 44.68, the total phosphorus accumulation removal rate was 76.322.The cumulative removal rate of potassium permanganate was 50.81%. It can effectively improve the effect of water purification. When a single coarse aggregate is used, the aggregate diameter is 20 ~ 25mm, the water / binder ratio is 0.3, the sulphuric acid content is 12 and the optimum mineral ash content is 4, the effect of water pollution remediation of ecological concrete is the best. (4) in the process of water quality purification of ecological concrete, Physical purification is the main way of water purification. The removal of total nitrogen and total phosphorus mainly comes from mechanical interception and chemisorption of ecological concrete, and the purification effect of nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen is mainly affected by microbial action. (5) the experiment of ecological concrete grass planting shows that the removal of nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen is mainly affected by microbial action. Leymus chinensis is more suitable than tall fescue for ecological slope protection of urban river in Handan area.
