【摘要】：分析了辛集市制革區(qū)某羊皮制革企業(yè)生產(chǎn)廢水的水質(zhì)特點(diǎn),采用"含硫水、含鉻水先分別預(yù)處理再與其他水綜合處理"的設(shè)計(jì)思路,綜合廢水生化系統(tǒng)采用AO處理工藝,出水水質(zhì)滿足辛集市制革區(qū)關(guān)于制革企業(yè)排污控制指標(biāo)的要求,即COD≤500 mg/L、NH_3-N≤15 mg/L、總鉻≤1.5 mg/L,并且出水氨氮嚴(yán)于《制革及毛皮加工工業(yè)水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 30486—2013),即NH_3-N≤70 mg/L。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics of water quality of a sheepskin factory in Xinji tannery area, and adopts the design idea of "sulfur water, chromium-containing water pretreatment first and then integrated treatment with other water", and AO treatment process is adopted in the comprehensive wastewater biochemical system.
