鄭州市王新莊污水處理廠污泥厭氧消化系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行影響因素分析

【摘要】:污泥是城市污水處理廠和污水處理的必然產(chǎn)物。隨著我國對(duì)環(huán)保工作的進(jìn)一步重視,各大中城市污水處理設(shè)施的完善,城市污水處理能力及污水處理率的不斷提高,污泥作為污水處理的副產(chǎn)物其產(chǎn)量也隨之大幅增長。本文以鄭州市王新莊污水處理廠厭氧消化系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,從泥溫、p H、酸堿比、產(chǎn)氣率等方面展開分析,并分析了主要技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)根據(jù)王新莊消化系統(tǒng)2014年1-12月運(yùn)行監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),分析消化系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀況。全年消化液p H在6.68-7.43之間,酸堿比在0.085-0.151之間,數(shù)值較穩(wěn)定,產(chǎn)酸與產(chǎn)甲烷過程保持平衡。冬季消化液p H低,酸堿比高,夏季p H升高,酸堿比降低,消化系統(tǒng)酸堿平衡點(diǎn)發(fā)生移動(dòng),重新建立新的酸堿平衡。王新莊泥溫常年在35℃以下,夏季環(huán)溫較高,泥溫比較容易保持,約為33-34℃;冬季環(huán)溫較低,泥溫不易保持,基本控制在30℃左右。雖然全年溫差達(dá)到4℃左右,但變化過程緩慢,并沒有發(fā)生突變,故未出現(xiàn)停止產(chǎn)氣現(xiàn)象。(2)通過分析王新莊消化系統(tǒng)2014年1-12月進(jìn)泥有機(jī)份及含水率等數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算厭氧消化有機(jī)分解率及產(chǎn)氣率,并與理論值進(jìn)行比較,發(fā)現(xiàn):王新莊消化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)泥有機(jī)份呈現(xiàn)季節(jié)性規(guī)律變化,夏季有機(jī)份比冬季低。理論上,有機(jī)分解率隨著進(jìn)泥有機(jī)份的升高而升高,但是由于夏季泥溫比冬季泥溫高,且停留時(shí)間比冬季短,故有機(jī)分解率變化趨勢(shì)未呈現(xiàn)季節(jié)性規(guī)律變化。王新莊消化系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)氣率,包括單位體積污泥產(chǎn)氣量和單位質(zhì)量有機(jī)物產(chǎn)氣量,實(shí)測(cè)值與理論值較為接近和吻合,這說明消化系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行良好。(3)在夏季,消化池投泥量大,進(jìn)泥有機(jī)物含量較低,產(chǎn)氣量大,產(chǎn)氣率較低,消化不徹底;在冬季,消化池投泥量小,進(jìn)泥有機(jī)物含量高,產(chǎn)氣量低,產(chǎn)氣率較高,消化較徹底。據(jù)此分析,進(jìn)泥有機(jī)物含量越高,有機(jī)削減率越高,產(chǎn)氣率越高;進(jìn)泥量越大,產(chǎn)氣量越高,單純提高進(jìn)泥量可以提高產(chǎn)氣量,但是產(chǎn)氣率并不一定高。(4)沼氣中硫化氫含量逐年升高。
[Abstract]:Sludge is the inevitable product of municipal sewage treatment plant and sewage treatment. With the further attention to environmental protection in China, the improvement of sewage treatment facilities in large and medium cities, the continuous improvement of sewage treatment capacity and sewage treatment rate, the output of sludge as a by-product of sewage treatment has also increased significantly. In this paper, the anaerobic digestive system of Wangxinzhuang sewage treatment Plant in Zhengzhou City was studied. The main technical and economic indexes were analyzed from the aspects of mud temperature, acid / alkali ratio, gas production rate and so on. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) according to Wang Xinzhuang digestive system operation monitoring data from January to December 2014, the operation status of digestive system was analyzed. In the whole year, pH is between 6.68-7.43 and the ratio of acid to base is 0.085-0.151, which is stable, and the process of acid production and methane production is in equilibrium. In winter, pH was low, acid-base ratio was high, pH increased in summer, acid-base ratio decreased, the balance point of digestive system moved, and a new acid-base equilibrium was re-established.
