表面活性劑對(duì)芳香族化合物的吸附影響研究

【摘要】:本文采用NDA-150和XAD-4兩種樹(shù)脂作為吸附劑,以芳香族化合物(萘、苯胺)、表面活性劑(聚乙二醇-6000、直鏈?zhǔn)榛交撬徕c)作為研究對(duì)象。分別研究了在不同初始條件(初始投加量、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、溫度)影響下單組份污染物在樹(shù)脂上的吸附行為,并以此為基礎(chǔ)研究了雙組份共存污染物的情況下芳香族化合物以及表面活性劑在樹(shù)脂上的吸附行為,探討了復(fù)合污染情況下的吸附規(guī)律及各污染物之間的互相影響。本文的研究結(jié)論如下:(1)NDA-150樹(shù)脂對(duì)PEG、萘及LAS的單組份吸附過(guò)程均可用Freundlich吸附等溫式很好的擬合,對(duì)苯胺的吸附過(guò)程可用Langmuir吸附等溫式很好的擬合。XAD-4樹(shù)脂對(duì)PEG、苯胺及LAS的吸附可用Langmuir吸附等溫式很好的擬合,對(duì)萘的吸附可用Freundlich吸附等溫式很好的擬合,而對(duì)萘的吸附兩種吸附等溫式均可以很好的擬合。(2)吸附熱力學(xué)及吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)研究表明,三種物質(zhì)在兩種樹(shù)脂上吸附為自發(fā)進(jìn)行的放熱過(guò)程,且吸附朝著有序的方向進(jìn)行。在NDA-150樹(shù)脂上的吸附速率比在XAD-4樹(shù)脂上的吸附速率慢。但在NDA-150樹(shù)脂上的平衡吸附量要高于污染物在XAD-4樹(shù)脂上的平衡吸附量。擬二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程可以很好的模擬三種物質(zhì)在樹(shù)脂上的吸附過(guò)程。(3)雙組份吸附過(guò)程中,NDA-150樹(shù)脂對(duì)萘的吸附過(guò)程及XAD-4樹(shù)脂對(duì)萘及苯胺的吸附過(guò)程均符合Freundlich方程,NDA-150樹(shù)脂對(duì)苯胺的吸附過(guò)程符合Langmuir方程。且兩種樹(shù)脂對(duì)萘及苯胺的吸附均屬于優(yōu)惠吸附過(guò)程。(4)對(duì)于PEG-苯胺共存體系在樹(shù)脂上的吸附研究發(fā)現(xiàn),PEG的存在有利于兩種樹(shù)脂對(duì)苯胺的吸附。對(duì)于PEG-萘共存體系在樹(shù)脂上的吸附研究發(fā)現(xiàn),PEG的存在不利于兩種樹(shù)脂對(duì)萘的吸附。(5)對(duì)雙組份的吸附熱力學(xué)研究表明,萘及苯胺在兩種樹(shù)脂上的吸附焓變?H均小于0,說(shuō)明樹(shù)脂對(duì)雙組份的吸附過(guò)程為放熱過(guò)程。?G的值均小于0,說(shuō)明反應(yīng)可以自發(fā)進(jìn)行,?S的值也是小于0的,說(shuō)明反應(yīng)朝著有序的方向進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:In this paper, two resins of NDA-150 and XAD-4 were used as adsorbents, aromatic compounds (naphthalene, aniline) and surface active agents (polyethylene glycol -6000, direct chain twelve alkylbenzene sulfonate) were used as the research objects. The adsorption of single component pollutants on the resin under the influence of different initial conditions (initial dosage, reaction time and temperature) was studied. On the basis of this, the adsorption behavior of aromatic compounds and surface active agents on the resin under the condition of two components coexisting pollutants was studied. The adsorption law and the interaction between the pollutants were discussed. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the adsorption of PEG, naphthalene and LAS by NDA-150 resin The process can be fitted well with Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The adsorption process of aniline can be well fitted with Langmuir adsorption isothermal formula for the adsorption of.XAD-4 resin to PEG, aniline and LAS, which can be fitted well by Langmuir adsorption isothermal equation. The adsorption of naphthalene can be fitted well with Freundlich adsorption isothermal equation and two kinds of adsorption for naphthalene adsorption. The isothermal equation can all be well fitted. (2) the adsorption thermodynamics and adsorption kinetics studies show that the adsorption of three substances on the two resins is spontaneous exothermic process, and the adsorption is in the direction of order. The adsorption rate on the NDA-150 resin is slower than that on the XAD-4 resin. But the equilibrium adsorption on the NDA-150 resin is balanced. The amount of the equilibrium adsorption on the XAD-4 resin is higher than that of the pollutants. The quasi two order kinetic equation can well simulate the adsorption process of three substances on the resin. (3) the adsorption process of NDA-150 resin for naphthalene and the adsorption process of XAD-4 resin for naphthalene and aniline in the process of double component adsorption are all in accordance with the Freundlich equation, and the NDA-150 resin is on the aniline. The adsorption process conforms to the Langmuir equation. And the adsorption of two resins on naphthalene and aniline all belong to the preferential adsorption process. (4) the adsorption of PEG- aniline coexistence system on the resin found that the existence of PEG was beneficial to the adsorption of two resins to aniline. The study on the adsorption of PEG- naphthalene on the tree fat found that the existence of PEG was not favorable. The adsorption of naphthalene by two kinds of resin. (5) the adsorption thermodynamics of two components showed that the adsorption enthalpy of naphthalene and aniline on two kinds of resin was less than 0, which indicated that the adsorption process of the resin to the double components was exothermic process. The value of G was less than 0, indicating that the reaction could be carried out spontaneously, and the value of S was less than 0, indicating that the reaction was directed toward order direction. That's ok.
