殼聚糖負(fù)載膨潤土交聯(lián)膜的制備及其在水處理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本論文主要是利用殼聚糖與膨潤土各自的優(yōu)點,在微波輻射下,將這兩種吸附劑相結(jié)合,制備出交聯(lián)殼聚糖膜(CCTS-m)、殼聚糖負(fù)載膨潤土膜(CTS-Bent-m)和殼聚糖負(fù)載膨潤土交聯(lián)膜(CCTS-Bent-m)。根據(jù)對廢水中重金屬離子和染料的吸附量大小,研究了制備這三種膜的最優(yōu)條件,探討了影響其吸附性能的因素,考察了三種吸附劑在吸附動力學(xué)和吸附熱力學(xué)上的吸附機理。通過研究結(jié)果表明:(1)通過單因素和正交實驗確定了CCTS-m、CTS-Bent-m和CCTS-Bent-m的最佳制備條件:在處理銅離子溶液時,CCTS-m的是1%戊二醛溶液0.5ml,微波輻射時間9min,微波反應(yīng)溫度60℃;CTS-Bent-m的是殼聚糖與膨潤土質(zhì)量比例3:1,微波輻射時間15min,微波反應(yīng)溫度60℃;CCTS-Bent-m是殼聚糖與膨潤土質(zhì)量比例3:2,1%戊二醛溶液0.7ml,微波輻射時間6min,微波反應(yīng)溫度50℃;在處理酸性大紅溶液時,CTS-Bent-m的是殼聚糖與膨潤土質(zhì)量比例3:1,微波輻射時間15min,微波反應(yīng)溫度55℃;CCTS-Bent-m是殼聚糖與膨潤土質(zhì)量比例3:3,1%戊二醛溶液0.7ml,微波輻射時間15min,微波反應(yīng)溫度65℃。(2)紅外光譜(FT-IR)和掃描電鏡(SEM)結(jié)果表明:CCTS-m和CCTS-Bent-m出現(xiàn)了希夫堿的特征峰,CTS-Bent-m和CCTS-Bent-m中出現(xiàn)了殼聚糖和膨潤土的特征峰,殼聚糖和膨潤土通過化學(xué)吸附結(jié)合在一起,CTS、CCTS插層于膨潤土層間,三種膜表面凸起結(jié)構(gòu)很多,吸附表面積大,有利于吸附反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行。(3)探討了在不同p H、吸附時間、投加量、初始濃度和溫度條件下對Cu2+和酸性大紅的吸附特性。(4)考察了CCTS-m、CTS-Bent-m和CCTS-Bent-m在不同溫度下對Cu2+和酸性大紅的吸附熱力學(xué)和吸附動力學(xué),分別使用Langmuir熱力學(xué)、Freundlich熱力學(xué)和準(zhǔn)一級動力學(xué)、準(zhǔn)二級動力學(xué)模型分析擬合實驗數(shù)據(jù)。(5)綜合比較三種膜的各種性能后,CCTS-Bent-m性能最佳。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the cross-linked chitosan membrane (CCTS-m), the chitosan supported bentonite film (CTS-Bent-m) and the chitosan supported bentonite cross-linked film (CCTS-Bent-m) were prepared by using the advantages of chitosan and bentonite under microwave irradiation. Based on the adsorption capacity of heavy metal ions and dyes in wastewater, the optimal conditions for preparing these three membranes were studied, the factors affecting their adsorption properties were discussed, and the adsorption mechanism of the three adsorbents in adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics were investigated. The results show that: (1) the optimum preparation conditions of CTS-Bent-m and CCTS-Bent-m have been determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment: in the treatment of copper ion solution, the CCTS-m is 0.5 ml of 1% glutaraldehyde solution, the microwave radiation time is 9 min, and the microwave reaction temperature is 60 鈩,
