【摘要】：山東省是海洋大省,近十年山東海洋總產(chǎn)值逐年遞增,并對山東省生產(chǎn)總值具有不容忽視的影響,而近年來隨著山東海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境的惡化也在一定程度上制約山東海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的繼續(xù)前進(jìn)。在國家海洋發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略要求下,山東省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)度研究具有非常重要的意義。根據(jù)山東省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,選取適合山東省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)度測算模型,在相關(guān)評價理論的支撐和一定原則框架內(nèi),建立山東省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)環(huán)境子系統(tǒng)并選取系統(tǒng)指標(biāo),基于2006-2012年山東省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)環(huán)境相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運用主成份分析法和回歸擬合分析,根據(jù)協(xié)調(diào)度數(shù)學(xué)測算模型,測算獲得山東省歷年海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)度,繪制歷年協(xié)調(diào)程度趨勢圖,通過對山東省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)環(huán)境綜合發(fā)展水平以及協(xié)調(diào)程度實證分析,找出影響山東省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的因素,提出促進(jìn)山東省城海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Shandong Province is a big marine province, the total marine output value of Shandong Province has been increasing year by year in the past ten years, and it has a great influence on Shandong's GDP. However, in recent years, with the continuous development of Shandong's marine economy, The deterioration of marine ecological environment also restricts the progress of Shandong marine economy to some extent. Under the requirements of national marine development strategy and regional coordinated development strategy, the study on the coordination between marine economy and ecological environment in Shandong Province is of great significance. According to the current situation of marine economy and ecological environment development in Shandong Province, this paper selects a model suitable for the calculation of coordination degree between marine economy and ecological environment in Shandong Province, and within the framework of relevant evaluation theory and certain principles, The subsystem of marine economy and ecological environment of Shandong Province is established and the system index is selected. Based on the relevant data of marine economy and ecological environment of Shandong Province from 2006 to 2012, the principal component analysis and regression fitting analysis are used, and the mathematical calculation model of coordination degree is used. The coordination degree of marine economy and ecological environment in Shandong Province has been obtained, and the trend map of coordination degree has been drawn. Through the empirical analysis of the comprehensive development level and coordination degree of marine economy and ecological environment in Shandong Province, To find out the factors that affect the coordinated development of marine economy and ecological environment in Shandong Province, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of marine economy and ecological environment in Shandong Province.
