煙氣組分對(duì)汞吸附影響的程序升溫脫附

【摘要】:目前燃煤煙氣活性炭脫汞技術(shù)已經(jīng)很成熟,但機(jī)理方面的相關(guān)研究甚少或不全面,為了探討汞與活性炭在燃煤煙氣中的反應(yīng)路徑,本文在固定床上對(duì)商業(yè)活性炭(FAC)和1%NH4Br改性活性炭(NBAC)進(jìn)行了汞吸附實(shí)驗(yàn),分別考察了O2、SO_2、CO_2、NO及其混合煙氣組分對(duì)吸附劑汞吸附的影響,然后利用程序升溫脫附(temperature programmed desorption,TPD)技術(shù)分析了煙氣組分對(duì)汞吸附的影響機(jī)理。固定床測(cè)試結(jié)果表明溴化銨改性可顯著增加活性炭汞吸附性能,O2、CO_2及NO可促進(jìn)NBAC對(duì)汞的吸附,其中NO最好,而SO_2抑制NBAC對(duì)汞的吸附。TPD結(jié)果表明,溴素改性促進(jìn)NBAC表面負(fù)載的溴與Hg0結(jié)合生成Hg Br2,O2存在促進(jìn)了Hg0的氧化生成Hg O,NO存在顯著增加了Hg2(NO3)2的生成。SO_2與Hg0對(duì)活性炭表面的官能團(tuán)存在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)吸附的關(guān)系,生成C—S,與Hg0反應(yīng)生成Hg S。CO_2對(duì)NBAC吸附Hg0的反應(yīng)機(jī)理影響不大。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the reaction path of mercury and activated carbon in coal-fired flue gas, the technology of mercury removal by activated carbon from coal-fired flue gas is very mature, but there are few or no comprehensive studies on the mechanism. In this paper, commercial activated carbon (FAC) and 1NH4Br modified activated carbon (NBAC) were tested on fixed bed. Then the influence mechanism of flue gas composition on mercury adsorption was analyzed by temperature programmed desorption (temperature programmed desorptiont) technique. The results of fixed bed test show that ammonium bromide modification can significantly increase the adsorption properties of activated carbon mercury. O _ 2O _ 2CO _ 2 and no can promote the adsorption of mercury by NBAC, no is the best, and so _ 2 inhibits the adsorption of mercury by NBAC. The presence of bromine supported on NBAC surface and Hg0 to form Hg Br2O-2 promotes the oxidation of Hg0 and the formation of Hg2 (No3) 2. The existence of Hg2 (No3) 2 increases the relationship between Hg2 (No3) 2 and Hg0 on the surface of activated carbon. The formation of C-Sand Hg S.CO2 by reaction with Hg0 has little effect on the reaction mechanism of Hg0 adsorbed by NBAC.
