【摘要】:添加劑能抑制濕法煙氣脫硫(WFGD)系統(tǒng)汞釋放,被添加劑富集到石膏的汞在石膏熱處理過(guò)程會(huì)再釋放.實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了3種WFGD抑制汞釋放添加劑對(duì)汞在石膏中富集的促進(jìn)作用、石膏中汞化合物變化和石膏熱處理過(guò)程汞穩(wěn)定性的影響.結(jié)果表明,Na HS、TMT和DTCR的添加使石膏汞含量顯著升高,使石膏中汞分別以Hg S、Hg3(TMT)2和Hg(DTCR)2形式存在,其分解峰值溫度與分解溫度范圍依次減小;在200,℃熱處理2,h后石膏的剩余汞含量也依次降低,最低汞質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為182.0,ng/g,而且DTCR使汞釋放率增加到90%,.
[Abstract]:The additive can inhibit the mercury release from WFGD system of wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) system, and the mercury enriched in gypsum by additive will be released again during gypsum heat treatment. The effects of three kinds of WFGD additives on the concentration of mercury in gypsum, the changes of mercury compounds in gypsum and the mercury stability of gypsum during heat treatment were studied. The results showed that the content of mercury in gypsum increased significantly with the addition of TMT and DTCR, and the mercury in gypsum existed in the form of Hg / HG ~ (3 +) TMT _ (2) and H _ (GG) DTCR _ (2), respectively, and the peak decomposition temperature and decomposition temperature range decreased in turn.
