三種工業(yè)廢水急性毒性及化學(xué)成分隨工藝流程變化

【摘要】:本研究采用明亮發(fā)光桿菌作為受試生物對石化廢水、顏料廢水和制藥廢水的急性毒性進(jìn)行研究。采用固相萃取、液液萃取以及GC-MS等手段對三種廢水進(jìn)行化學(xué)成分分析。以明亮發(fā)光桿菌作為受試生物對制藥廢水進(jìn)水進(jìn)行毒性鑒別評價。首先,研究了三種工業(yè)廢水對明亮發(fā)光桿菌急性毒性大小。結(jié)果顯示對明亮發(fā)光桿菌來說,三種廢水毒性隨工藝處理流程去除情況有所不同。石化廢水處理工藝為A/O工藝,制藥廢水處理工藝為“水解酸化+好氧”工藝,顏料廢水處理工藝為A2/O工藝。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,石化和制藥廢水對發(fā)光菌毒性隨工藝處理流程逐級降低,且石化廢水和顏料廢水毒性與COD均具有顯著相關(guān)性。而顏料廢水對發(fā)光菌毒性缺氧池毒性最強(qiáng),其次為厭氧池和好氧池。三種廢水出水均未檢測到急性毒性。其次,對三種工業(yè)廢水的化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行分析,考察廢水毒性來源,以及分析廢水中有機(jī)物在經(jīng)各工藝處理流程后變化情況。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)工藝處理后廢水中的大部分有機(jī)物被去除,小分子物質(zhì)增多。最后,采用明亮發(fā)光桿菌作為受試生物,對制藥廢水進(jìn)水進(jìn)行毒性鑒別評價。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該制藥進(jìn)水對發(fā)光菌產(chǎn)生急性毒性的主要致毒物質(zhì)為金屬銅。廢水中的氧化性無機(jī)物(硝酸鹽、亞硝酸鹽等)也對水樣毒性有一定貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In this study, the acute toxicity of luminescent bacilli was used as a subject to the acute toxicity of petrochemical wastewater, pigment wastewater and pharmaceutical wastewater. The chemical composition of three kinds of wastewater was analyzed by solid phase extraction, liquid liquid extraction and GC-MS. First, the acute toxicity of three kinds of industrial wastewater to bright luminescent bacilli was studied. The results showed that the toxicity of three kinds of wastewater was different with the process treatment process for bright luminescent bacteria. The treatment process of petrochemical wastewater was A/O process, and the process of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment was "water solution acidification + aerobic" process and the treatment process of pigment wastewater. The results of A2/O process showed that the toxicity of petrochemical and pharmaceutical wastewater decreased with the process treatment process step by step, and the toxicity of petrochemical wastewater and pigment wastewater had significant correlation with COD. The toxicity of pigment wastewater to the toxic anoxic pool was the strongest, followed by anaerobic pool and aerobic pool. The three wastewater effluent had not been detected acute. Toxicity. Secondly, the chemical composition of the three kinds of industrial wastewater was analyzed, the source of the toxicity of the wastewater was investigated, and the changes of the organic matter in the wastewater were analyzed after the process treatment process. The experimental results showed that most of the organic matter was removed and the small fractions increased after treatment. Finally, the bright luminescent bacillus was used as a result. The experimental results show that the main toxic substance of the pharmaceutical wastewater to produce acute toxicity to luminescent bacteria is metal copper. The oxidizing inorganic substances in the wastewater (nitrate, nitrite, etc.) also give some tribute to the toxicity of water samples.
