【摘要】：空氣中的SO2和NOX是大氣中主要污染物之一,是衡量大氣是否遭到污染的重要標(biāo)志。石油煉制工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程是SO2、NOX和顆粒物等大氣污染物排放的主要來源。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)大氣污染物控制的目標(biāo),國家制定出臺(tái)了一系列法律法規(guī)、技術(shù)政策,加快了國產(chǎn)脫硫脫硝技術(shù)和設(shè)備的研究、開發(fā)、推廣和應(yīng)用,規(guī)定從2015年7月1日起,催化煙氣中SO2、NOX、顆粒物排放濃度分別為100、200、50mg/Nm3,特別排放限值分別為50、100、30mg/Nm3。長(zhǎng)慶石化公司隨著催化原料性質(zhì)惡化,催化煙氣中SO2、NOX、顆粒物排放濃度分別為300mg/Nm3、600mg/Nm3、200mg/Nm3,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過國家規(guī)定。公司廢氣污染含量超標(biāo),已嚴(yán)重地影響了城市居民的生活,對(duì)煉廠職工的影響更大。如何進(jìn)一步利用科學(xué)有效的方法脫除廢氣中的SO2、NOX及顆粒物,直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的發(fā)展。通過對(duì)比國內(nèi)外主要的煙氣脫硫脫硝技術(shù),結(jié)合長(zhǎng)慶石化公司實(shí)際,選用了美國杜邦BELCO公司的EDV(?)濕法洗滌系統(tǒng)技術(shù)和撫順石油化工研究院的SCR氧化還原技術(shù)。本文對(duì)這兩種煙氣凈化工藝在長(zhǎng)慶石化公司的應(yīng)用和運(yùn)行工況進(jìn)行了分析,檢驗(yàn)了QKJ-DN型脫硝劑的使用效果,特別是對(duì)SCR脫硝工藝在煉廠脫硝領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用積累了經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:So _ 2 and no _ X in the air are one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere, which is an important indicator to judge whether the atmosphere is polluted or not. The production process of petroleum refining industry is the main source of air pollutants such as so _ 2 O _ 2 O _ X and particulates. In order to achieve the goal of controlling atmospheric pollutants, the State has formulated a series of laws, regulations and technical policies, which have accelerated the research, development, promotion and application of domestic desulfurization and denitrification technologies and equipment, and stipulated that from July 1, 2015, The emission concentrations of so _ 2N _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2) O With the deterioration of catalytic feedstock properties, the emission concentration of particulates in catalytic flue gas from Changqing Petrochemical Company is 300mg / Nm3600mg / Nm3200mg / Nm3200mg / Nm3, which is far more than the national regulation. The pollution content of the company has seriously affected the life of the city residents and the workers of refineries. How to further use scientific and effective methods to remove so _ 2 no _ x and particulates from waste gas is directly related to the development of enterprises. By comparing the main flue gas desulphurization and denitrification technology at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of Changqing Petrochemical Company, the EDV of DuPont BELCO Company was selected. Wet washing system technology and SCR redox technology of Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute. In this paper, the application and operation conditions of these two flue gas purification processes in Changqing Petrochemical Company are analyzed, and the application effect of QKJ-DN denitrification agent is tested, especially the experience accumulated in the application of SCR denitrification process in the field of denitrification in refineries.
