【摘要】：針對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展中不可回避的碳排放問題,構(gòu)建了企業(yè)碳減排過程中企業(yè)、政府和環(huán)境NGO的三方演化博弈模型及其動態(tài)復(fù)制方程,解出了該模型的10個均衡點(diǎn)并對均衡點(diǎn)的局部穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了分析,最后運(yùn)用Matlab工具對企業(yè)、政府和環(huán)境NGO的交互行為演化過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值仿真,分析各參數(shù)變動對系統(tǒng)演化結(jié)果的影響,探究影響系統(tǒng)演化至理想狀態(tài)的影響因素及其影響機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明:影響企業(yè)是否采取低碳生產(chǎn)方式的主要影響因素是企業(yè)低碳生產(chǎn)所需付出的成本;政府是否調(diào)控主要取決于政府對企業(yè)的罰款和政府的調(diào)控成本;環(huán)境NGO是否監(jiān)督主要取決于政府和公眾對其的資助與監(jiān)督成本的大小。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the inescapable carbon emission problem in the sustainable economic development of our country, this paper constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model of enterprise, government and environmental NGO in the process of carbon emission reduction and its dynamic replication equation. The 10 equilibrium points of the model are solved and the local stability of the equilibrium points is analyzed. Finally, the evolution process of the interactive behavior of enterprises, governments and environmental NGOs is simulated by using Matlab tools. This paper analyzes the influence of the variation of parameters on the evolution of the system, and probes into the influencing factors and the influencing mechanism of the evolution from the system to the ideal state. The results show that the main factors influencing whether enterprises adopt low-carbon production mode are the cost of low-carbon production, the government regulation or not mainly depends on the government fines and government control costs. Whether environmental NGOs are supervised or not depends mainly on the cost of funding and supervision by the government and the public.
