【摘要】：發(fā)展環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)對于促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護的雙贏具有重要意義。迄今為止,我國環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)歷了4個發(fā)展階段,即理念構(gòu)建階段、初步發(fā)展階段、快速發(fā)展階段和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級階段。環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)雖然取得了較為快速的發(fā)展,但還沒有形成體系。在經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下,亟待構(gòu)建環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新體系。從技術(shù)合作創(chuàng)新體系、產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新體系和投融資創(chuàng)新體系等維度探討環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新體系。
[Abstract]:The development of environmental protection industry is of great significance to promote economic development and environmental protection. Up to now, China's environmental protection industry has experienced four stages of development, namely, concept construction stage, preliminary development stage, rapid development stage and industrial upgrading stage. Although the environmental protection industry has made a relatively rapid development, but has not yet formed a system. Under the new normal state of economy, it is urgent to construct the innovation system of environmental protection industry. This paper discusses the innovation system of environmental protection industry from the aspects of technological cooperation innovation system, industry service innovation system and investment and financing innovation system.
