【摘要】：有機(jī)樹脂紐扣廢物是一種典型的危險(xiǎn)廢物,且通常會(huì)加入含重金屬和氯元素的顏料。將產(chǎn)生廣泛的脲醛樹脂和不飽和樹脂紐扣廢物作為對象,研究其焚燒處理過程中的特征分解溫度、氣相污染物及重金屬分布規(guī)律,旨在為其污染控制提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明,脲醛樹脂紐扣廢物的熱分解溫度范圍為240~600℃,特征性的氣相污染物為NO;不飽和樹脂紐扣廢物的熱分解溫度在180~600℃,特征性氣相產(chǎn)物為CO_2、H_2O、CO、CHn、R-OH、R -CHO和R-COOH,這些物質(zhì)與原料中的氯元素為二英類物質(zhì)的形成提供了條件。具有裝飾功能的樹脂紐扣中Pb、Zn、Cu、Bi和Ti含量較高,主要來自含鉛[PbCO_3和Pb(OH)_2]珠光漿和氯氧化鉍(BiOCl)珠光漿等顏料,基于這些金屬在焚燒過程中的分配特征,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)控制Pb和Bi釋放。
[Abstract]:Organic resin button waste is a typical hazardous waste and is usually added to pigments containing heavy metals and chlorine. In order to provide scientific basis for pollution control of UF resin and unsaturated resin button waste, the characteristic decomposition temperature, gas phase pollutant and heavy metal distribution during incineration were studied. The results show that the thermal decomposition temperature of UF button waste is in the range of 240 ~ 600 鈩，
