含砷、鉻廢水處理條件對沉渣穩(wěn)定性的影響

【摘要】:通過TCLP毒性程序浸出試驗,以砷、鉻浸出質量濃度為控制指標,對含砷、鉻廢水處理產生的沉渣穩(wěn)定性進行了研究,并結合廢水中砷、鉻去除率,確定該廢水的最佳處理條件。在常溫下,通過調節(jié)pH值、Fe~(2+)/Cr~(6+)物質的量比、Ca/As物質的量比、曝氣時間等條件對處理工藝進行優(yōu)化,考察不同處理條件對廢水砷、鉻去除率及沉渣砷、鉻浸出質量濃度的影響。結果表明,pH值為6、Fe~(2+)/Cr~(6+)物質的量比為8、Ca/As物質的量比為5、曝氣時間為50 min時,不僅Cr(Ⅵ)、總鉻、總砷的排放質量濃度達到了GB 8978—1996《污水綜合排放標準》的要求,總砷、總鉻的浸出質量濃度也分別降低到0.78 mg/L、0.59 mg/L,遠低于GB/T 5085.3—2007《危險廢物鑒別標準:浸出毒性鑒別》規(guī)定的質量濃度,達到了安全堆放要求。對曝氣產生的絮體進行XRD測試,結果表明,余留的Fe~(2+)經(jīng)曝氣氧化后產生的絮體是一種無定型態(tài)的氫氧化鐵或水合氧化鐵,其富含陽離子空位和OH-基團,能增加砷、鉻的去除率。對優(yōu)化前后的沉渣進行SEM掃描,結果表明,對各因素進行優(yōu)化能增大沉渣的粒徑,提高沉渣的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The stability of the sediment produced by the treatment of arsenic and chromium wastewater was studied by using the TCLP toxic procedure leaching test and the mass concentration of arsenic and chromium leached as the control index. The optimum treatment conditions of the wastewater were determined by combining with the removal rate of arsenic and chromium in the wastewater. At room temperature, the treatment process was optimized by adjusting the quantity ratio of the pH value of Fe ~ (2 +) / Cr ~ (1 +) ~ (6) and the mass ratio of Ca / as, aeration time, and so on.
