【摘要】：實(shí)物資源是國家生態(tài)系統(tǒng)觀測研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Chinese National Ecosystem Research Network,CNERN)的寶貴財(cái)富,對于開展聯(lián)網(wǎng)觀測、實(shí)驗(yàn)、研究具有廣泛的用途及重大的價(jià)值。研究CNERN實(shí)物資源服務(wù)的相關(guān)問題,探索運(yùn)行服務(wù)階段CNERN實(shí)物資源服務(wù)的模式,對實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)物資源服務(wù)從服務(wù)科研創(chuàng)新向全面服務(wù)科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。探討CNERN實(shí)物資源服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)、服務(wù)內(nèi)容,并提出基于線上線下融合的實(shí)物資源服務(wù)模式,為"國家生態(tài)系統(tǒng)研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技資源服務(wù)系統(tǒng)"的實(shí)物資源服務(wù)子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)提供理論基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用模式,也期望為相關(guān)部門開展實(shí)物資源服務(wù)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The material resources are the precious wealth of the national ecosystem observation and research network, Chinese National Ecosystem Research Network, which has a wide range of applications and great value for carrying out the network observation, experiment and research. This paper studies the related problems of CNERN physical resource service, probes into the mode of CNERN real resource service in the stage of running service, and realizes the service from service scientific research and innovation to comprehensive service technology. The transformation of economic and social development has important theoretical value and practical significance. This paper probes into the connotation, characteristics and service content of CNERN physical resource service, and puts forward the physical resource service mode based on the integration of on-line and offline, which is the design of the physical resource service subsystem of "National ecosystem Research Network Science and Technology Resource Service system". The development provides the theoretical foundation and application mode, also expects to provide the reference for the related department to carry out the physical resources service.
