疏浚底泥填料制作及污水處理效果研究

【摘要】:疏浚底泥中含有大量的微生物、病原體、重金屬以及有機(jī)污染物等,如處理不當(dāng)將會造成嚴(yán)重的二次污染。若將疏浚底泥制成污水處理填料,則可實(shí)現(xiàn)“以廢治廢”的目的。不僅開辟了一條疏浚底泥處理、處置和資源化的新途徑,而且可以節(jié)約大量的作為水處理填料原料的粘土資源,具有顯著的環(huán)境效益、社會效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文通過對疏浚底泥樣品的主要化學(xué)成分分析表明,底泥樣品中的主要化學(xué)成分同粘土類原料比較接近,這為底泥的資源化提供了有利的依據(jù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別采用燒結(jié)和膠結(jié)兩種工藝將疏浚底泥制成球狀和碗狀污水處理填料,且針對燒結(jié)工藝設(shè)置了不同的原料組成和焙燒溫度。通過對比不同工藝條件下研制的填料性能最終確定燒結(jié)工藝原料組成為100%疏浚底泥,焙燒溫度為1100℃。所研制的燒結(jié)球狀底泥填料性能參數(shù)符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時通過膠結(jié)工藝制得期望規(guī)格的碗狀填料。將兩種不同工藝所制得的填料和有機(jī)發(fā)酵物應(yīng)用于多介質(zhì)土壤濾層系統(tǒng)及生物濾池系統(tǒng)中用于處理餐飲廢水,研究疏浚底泥填料及有機(jī)發(fā)酵物應(yīng)用于餐飲廢水處理的效果。結(jié)果表明,將燒結(jié)球狀底泥填料分別用作MSL和生物濾池系統(tǒng)填料時,對餐飲廢水均有一定凈化效果,不過其凈化效果均普遍差于常規(guī)填料(沸石和陶粒);膠結(jié)碗狀底泥填料用作廢水處理填料時也具有一定凈化效果,特別對廢水中TN、TP具有較好的處理效果。因此,將疏浚底泥資源化為水處理填料具有一定可行性。有機(jī)發(fā)酵物用于MSL系統(tǒng)時,對N具有較好的去除效果,但是對COD和TP的去除效果較差。底泥填料應(yīng)用于MSL系統(tǒng)對廢水的凈化效果好于生物濾池。因此,將疏浚底泥資源化為水處理填料具有可行性。
[Abstract]:Dredged sediment contains a large number of microorganisms, pathogens, heavy metals and organic pollutants, if not handled properly will cause serious secondary pollution. If dredged sediment is made into sewage treatment filler, the purpose of "treating waste with waste" can be realized. It not only opens up a new way of dredging sediment treatment, disposal and utilization, but also saves a large number of clay resources which can be used as raw material for water treatment and packing. It has remarkable environmental, social and economic benefits. Through the analysis of the main chemical composition of dredged sediment samples, it is shown that the main chemical composition of sediment samples is close to that of clay materials, which provides a favorable basis for the utilization of sediment. On this basis, the dredged sediment was made into spherical and bowl type sewage treatment fillers by sintering and cementing respectively, and different raw material composition and calcination temperature were set according to the sintering process. By comparing the properties of the fillers prepared under different technological conditions, it was finally determined that the raw material composition of sintering process was 100% dredged sediment, and the calcination temperature was 1100 鈩,
