污泥微波連續(xù)型調(diào)理裝置的研制與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:污泥的產(chǎn)量逐年增加,因含有重金屬、病毒和有機(jī)污染物,污泥逐漸成為一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題。在污泥資源化處理的過(guò)程中,高含水率是影響污泥后續(xù)處理的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素,因此污泥的深度脫水對(duì)污泥的處理與處置非常重要。微波技術(shù)應(yīng)用于污泥調(diào)理是一項(xiàng)能夠有效實(shí)現(xiàn)污泥深度脫水的方法。在實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中污泥是連續(xù)產(chǎn)生的,因此對(duì)污泥微波連續(xù)調(diào)理裝置的研制與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究是必要的。研究中首先對(duì)微波技術(shù)在污泥調(diào)理領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了大量的調(diào)研,設(shè)計(jì)了第一代污泥微波連續(xù)型調(diào)理裝置。然后根據(jù)前期實(shí)驗(yàn)和初步設(shè)計(jì)改造了實(shí)驗(yàn)室原有的設(shè)備,應(yīng)用高頻電磁仿真軟件(HFSS)對(duì)諧振腔進(jìn)行仿真模擬,分析電場(chǎng)分布情況,設(shè)計(jì)了圓柱形流道與螺旋形流道,搭建了第二代污泥微波連續(xù)型調(diào)理實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置。在不同條件下分別進(jìn)行間歇型與連續(xù)型實(shí)驗(yàn),測(cè)定污泥沉降比(Settling Velocity, SV).污泥的粒徑、毛細(xì)吸水時(shí)間(Capillary Suction Time, CS T)與含水率。根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果以及模擬仿真結(jié)果設(shè)計(jì)了第三代污泥微波連續(xù)型調(diào)理裝置并進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)。在污泥調(diào)理實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上還進(jìn)行了不同微波條件下的厭氧發(fā)酵實(shí)驗(yàn),研究微波對(duì)污泥厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氣率的影響。模擬結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用螺旋形流道吸收微波能量比圓柱形流道吸收多了57.93%,諧振腔內(nèi)電場(chǎng)分布更均勻,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)污泥的均勻作用。污泥調(diào)理實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,微波能夠促進(jìn)污泥脫水特性提高。應(yīng)用第二代連續(xù)型調(diào)理裝置在低微波功率300-500W的條件下,問(wèn)歇型實(shí)驗(yàn)中污泥含水率低,在功率為300W作用時(shí)間為60s的條件下含水率最低值為77.29%:在高功率600~700W的條件下,在相同條件下伺歇型與連續(xù)型調(diào)理含水率相差不大,但是污泥的粒徑偏小。應(yīng)用第三代微波調(diào)理裝置進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),微波功率為400W時(shí)厭氧污泥CST最低值為9.2s,好氧與厭氧污泥的最低含水率分別為83.28%和77.10%。微波功率為500W時(shí),好氧與厭氧污泥CST值最低為12.9s和10.9s,含水率最低為87.18%和79.72%,粒徑都隨溫度的升高而降低。污泥厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)期實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,微波能夠有效提升污泥厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氫能力,產(chǎn)氣率可達(dá)7.967%。本研究為研制連續(xù)型污泥調(diào)理裝置提供了設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Sludge production is increasing year by year. Because of heavy metals, viruses and organic pollutants, sludge has become a serious environmental pollution problem. In the process of sludge resource treatment, high moisture content is a key factor to affect the subsequent treatment of sludge, so the deep dewatering of sludge is very important to the treatment and disposal of sludge. The application of microwave technology in sludge conditioning is an effective method to realize deep dewatering of sludge. Sludge is produced continuously in the actual production process, so it is necessary to develop and study the microwave continuous conditioning device of sludge. In the study, the application of microwave technology in sludge conditioning was investigated, and the first generation microwave continuous sludge conditioning device was designed. Then, according to the preliminary experiment and preliminary design, the original equipment of the laboratory is reformed, and the resonant cavity is simulated by the high-frequency electromagnetic simulation software (HFSS), and the distribution of electric field is analyzed, and the cylindrical and spiral flow channels are designed. The second generation sludge microwave continuous conditioning experiment device was built. Batch and continuous experiments were carried out under different conditions to determine the setting velocity ratio of sludge settlement. The size of sludge, capillary Suction Time, CS T) and capillary water content were measured. According to the experimental results and simulation results, a microwave continuous conditioning device for the third generation sludge was designed and experimented. On the basis of sludge conditioning experiments, anaerobic fermentation experiments under different microwave conditions were carried out to study the effect of microwave on the gas production rate of sludge anaerobic fermentation. The simulation results show that the microwave energy absorbed by the spiral channel is 57.93 more than that by the cylindrical channel, the electric field distribution in the resonator is more uniform, and the uniform effect on sludge is easy to be realized. The results of sludge conditioning experiment show that microwave can improve sludge dewatering characteristics. Under the condition of low microwave power 300-500W, the sludge moisture content is low in the second generation continuous conditioning device, and the lowest moisture content is 77.29W under the condition that the power is 300W and the time is 60s: under the condition of high power 600-700W, the sludge moisture content is low in the second generation continuous conditioning device, and in the condition of high power 600-500W, the sludge moisture content is low. Under the same conditions, there is no difference between the water content of continuous conditioning and that of rest type, but the particle size of sludge is small. The third generation microwave conditioning device was used to carry out the experiment. When the microwave power was 400W, the minimum CST value of anaerobic sludge was 9.2 s, and the minimum moisture content of aerobic sludge and anaerobic sludge were 83.28% and 77.1010% respectively. When microwave power was 500W, the CST values of aerobic and anaerobic sludge were 12.9s and 10.9s, the lowest moisture content was 87.18% and 79.72%, and the particle size decreased with the increase of temperature. The results of anaerobic fermentation showed that microwave could effectively enhance the hydrogen production capacity of sludge anaerobic fermentation, and the gas production rate could reach 7.96775. This study provides the design and experimental basis for the development of continuous sludge conditioning device.
