[Abstract]:Microbial flora is the key problem in the research process of activated sludge. In recent years, it has been found that GerB is the dominant bacteria in the microbial flora of activated sludge by means of molecular biology. This paper focuses on the history and present status of the taxonomy of the genus gerbie, and suggests that the microbial flora of activated sludge is the starting point. The vertical (suspended) filamentous germs, 19623 strains of ATCC and 25935 strains of ATCC should not be treated as germs, and the basic characteristics of the bacteria of the genus geriti and the degradation of organic compounds in the wastewater treatment by activated sludge process, phosphorus removal and adsorption of heavy metal ions were also introduced. As well as the composition of the extracellular polymeric substances and the breeding of fine strains of the bacteria, we and the collaborators have recently analyzed the genome of two strains of the gum resin and identified a large gene cluster involved in the formation of bacterial micelles, and also the genetic manipulation of fixed gene knockout. The future research should focus on the molecular genetics of the bacteria. Studies, functional genomics, extracellular polymeric biosynthesis, bacterial micelles formation mechanism, chemical structure and properties.
