【摘要】：硫化亞鐵油田生產(chǎn)的主要污染物,其存在于采出液中造成油田"黑水"現(xiàn)象,影響油水分離,增加污水處理難度。研制了一種硫化物去除劑,在弱堿三元污水處理站反沖洗泵前投加300mg/L后沉降12h,可降低回收水的含油量64.83%、懸浮固體含量33.72%、硫化物含量68.42%;濾前水含油量平均下降33.55%、懸浮固體含量平均下降18.19%;外輸水達標率由0提升至62.5%。
[Abstract]:The main pollutants produced by ferrous sulfide oil field, which exist in the produced liquid, cause the phenomenon of "black water" in the oil field, affect the separation of oil and water, and increase the difficulty of sewage treatment. A sulphide remover was developed. After adding 300mg/L to the backwash pump for 12 hours, the oil content of the recovered water can be reduced by 64.83%, the suspended solid content is 33.72%, the sulfide content is 68.42%, the oil content of the water before filtration is 33.55%, the suspended solid content is 18.19%, and that of the external transportation is 18.19%. The water reaches the standard rate from 0 to 62.5.
