風(fēng)電場建設(shè)對區(qū)域環(huán)境影響及生態(tài)修復(fù)對策研究

【摘要】:隨著環(huán)境問題的加劇,資源的日益短缺,風(fēng)能作為一項清潔能源,越來越受到重視。風(fēng)力發(fā)電場建設(shè)周期短,裝機規(guī)模靈活,且生產(chǎn)運行沒有二氧化硫、氮氧化物等污染物排放。本研究以遼寧省西部喀左縣大城子鎮(zhèn)雙廟風(fēng)電場建設(shè)為研究對象,系統(tǒng)開展了風(fēng)電場建設(shè)對生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響及恢復(fù)方法的研究。研究結(jié)果表明:風(fēng)電場開發(fā)建設(shè)過程中,會對區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境造成一定影響,主要表現(xiàn)為地表植被破壞,水土流失加重等,通過開展科學(xué)的生態(tài)修復(fù),可以有效減緩和遏制環(huán)境侵蝕,產(chǎn)生良好的生態(tài)效益、經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。本文針對喀左縣雙廟風(fēng)電場建設(shè)對生態(tài)環(huán)境影響的特征,分析評價了該風(fēng)電場建設(shè)期及運營期對生態(tài)環(huán)境所帶來的影響,并提出了減小其生態(tài)環(huán)境影響的相應(yīng)方法,及修復(fù)遭到破壞的生態(tài)環(huán)境的相應(yīng)措施。本論文通過對喀左縣雙廟風(fēng)電場的氣候、水文、植被、地質(zhì)等條件的調(diào)查、分析、研究,提出了具體的生態(tài)修復(fù)方案。方案首先明確了修復(fù)目標、原則及要求,然后分別制定了各風(fēng)機平臺及其周邊地區(qū)的生態(tài)修復(fù)措施、道路的生態(tài)修復(fù)措施以及生態(tài)保護措施,最后本文對喀左縣雙廟風(fēng)電場生態(tài)環(huán)境修復(fù)工作所帶來的生態(tài)效益、經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益進行了簡要分析。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of environmental problems and the shortage of resources, wind energy, as a clean energy, has been paid more and more attention. The construction period of wind farm is short, the scale of installation is flexible, and there is no emission of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide and other pollutants in production and operation. In this study, the construction of Shuangmiao wind farm in Dachengzi Town, Western Liaoning Province, was taken as the research object, and the effects of wind farm construction on ecological environment and restoration methods were studied systematically. The results show that during the process of wind farm development and construction, it will have a certain impact on the regional ecological environment, mainly for the destruction of surface vegetation, the increase of soil and water loss and so on. It can effectively slow down and contain environmental erosion and produce good ecological, economic and social benefits. Based on the characteristics of the ecological environment of Shuangmiao wind farm construction in Kazuo county, this paper analyzes and evaluates the impact of the wind farm construction period and operation period on the ecological environment, and puts forward the corresponding methods to reduce the ecological environmental impact of the wind farm. And the corresponding measures to repair the damaged ecological environment. Based on the investigation, analysis and study of climate, hydrology, vegetation and geology of Shuangmiao wind farm in Kazuo County, this paper puts forward a concrete ecological restoration scheme. The plan first defines the restoration objectives, principles and requirements, and then formulates the ecological restoration measures for each fan platform and its surrounding areas, the ecological restoration measures for the roads and the ecological protection measures, respectively. Finally, the ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit brought by the restoration of ecological environment of Shuangmiao wind farm in Kazuo county are briefly analyzed.
