鋼渣非均相類Fenton反應(yīng)降解亞甲基藍的研究

【摘要】:使用鋼渣作為催化劑,以雙氧水為氧化劑,催化降解廢水中的亞甲基藍.實驗結(jié)果表明,酸性條件在整個反應(yīng)中起到至關(guān)重要的作用,只有在一定的酸度下才會有較好的催化效果;其次,亞甲基藍的去除率隨雙氧水濃度的提高先上升后下降;此外,鋼渣劑量、鋼渣粒徑、反應(yīng)溫度等因素主要通過影響Fe的溶出影響亞甲基藍的去除率.在鋼渣(45~58μm)質(zhì)量濃度為6 g/L,雙氧水體積分數(shù)為0.000 6,反應(yīng)溫度為30℃,反應(yīng)時間60 min的酸性條件下,質(zhì)量濃度為200 mg/L的亞甲基藍去除率達99.10%.根據(jù)反應(yīng)前后鋼渣的紅外光譜,亞甲基藍是被氧化去除而不是被吸附去除.
[Abstract]:Using steel slag as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, methylene blue in wastewater was degraded. The experimental results show that acid conditions play an important role in the whole reaction, and only under a certain acidity can the catalytic effect be better. Secondly, the removal rate of methylene blue increases first and then decreases with the increase of hydrogen peroxide concentration. The removal rate of methylene blue was mainly affected by factors such as slag dosage, slag particle size, reaction temperature and so on.
