改性普魯蘭對(duì)氟離子與磷酸鹽在固定床反應(yīng)器中競(jìng)爭(zhēng)吸附過(guò)程的研究

【摘要】:很多工藝產(chǎn)生的廢水會(huì)同時(shí)含有高濃度的氟和磷。氟在飲用水中濃度的濃度過(guò)高時(shí)會(huì)極大的危害人體健康,中國(guó)是世界上受氟中毒影響最嚴(yán)重的國(guó)家之一,磷在工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)中均有較廣泛的應(yīng)用,但磷的過(guò)量存在使水體中藻類(lèi)大量繁殖,減少水中溶氧量,降低水質(zhì)。吸附法具有成本低、效率高、操作簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn),前期研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),改性普魯蘭吸附劑對(duì)氟離子和磷酸鹽均有較好的吸附效果,本課題在前期靜態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,使用改性普魯蘭吸附劑(MgOP)在動(dòng)態(tài)反應(yīng)器中對(duì)含有氟離子和磷酸鹽的模擬廢水進(jìn)行處理,探討動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)吸附行為與影響條件。本課題利用固定床作為反應(yīng)裝置進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)吸附的動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn),考察了床層質(zhì)量、運(yùn)行流量、運(yùn)行溫度、初始氟離子濃度、初始磷酸鹽濃度、其他陰離子共存和初始pH對(duì)氟離子、磷酸鹽穿透曲線,以及總吸附過(guò)程的影響。結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)對(duì)環(huán)境條件的適應(yīng)性很強(qiáng),運(yùn)行溫度對(duì)穿透曲線的影響不明顯,在室溫25℃下即可達(dá)到最佳處理效果,初始離子濃度對(duì)穿透曲線的影響小于單獨(dú)吸附,系統(tǒng)能夠適應(yīng)10 20mg/L的初始離子濃度,氟離子與磷酸鹽濃度比為1:1時(shí)達(dá)到最佳處理效果,初始pH影響較大,當(dāng)進(jìn)水為酸性和堿性時(shí)均能取得最佳的處理效果,當(dāng)初始pH=4時(shí),出水接近中性;運(yùn)行參數(shù)對(duì)穿透曲線的影響較大,床層質(zhì)量越高,運(yùn)行流速越慢,處理效果越好,最佳床層質(zhì)量6g,運(yùn)行流速8m L/min;競(jìng)爭(zhēng)吸附過(guò)程中,兩種離子的穿透曲線十分相似,在固定情況下,磷酸鹽的飽和吸附量更大,穿透時(shí)間和吸附飽和時(shí)間更長(zhǎng),吸附劑消耗率更小,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)吸附中磷酸鹽更占優(yōu)勢(shì),但磷酸鹽在吸附過(guò)程中受兩種離子的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)作用影響更大。本文還對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)吸附過(guò)程中氟離子和磷酸鹽的穿透曲線用數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行擬合,結(jié)果表明:Thomas模型能較準(zhǔn)確的計(jì)算出飽和吸附量,Yan模型對(duì)飽和吸附量的預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果遠(yuǎn)小于實(shí)測(cè)值;但Thomas模型對(duì)氟和磷穿透曲線的擬合結(jié)果差于Yan模型。數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)吸附過(guò)程中氟/磷穿透曲線的擬合結(jié)果與單獨(dú)對(duì)氟/磷吸附時(shí)相似。
[Abstract]:Wastewater from many processes can contain high concentrations of fluorine and phosphorus at the same time. If the concentration of fluorine in drinking water is too high, it will do great harm to human health. China is one of the countries most seriously affected by fluorosis in the world. Phosphorus is widely used in industry and agriculture. But excessive phosphorus makes algae multiply in water, reduce dissolved oxygen in water and reduce water quality. The adsorption method has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, simple operation and so on. In the previous study, it was found that the modified Pluran adsorbent had better adsorption effect on fluoride ion and phosphate. The simulated wastewater containing fluorine ion and phosphate was treated in a dynamic reactor with modified Pluran adsorbent MgOP.The dynamic competitive adsorption behavior and influence conditions were discussed. In this paper, the dynamic experiment of competitive adsorption was carried out with a fixed bed as a reaction device. The bed mass, running flow rate, operating temperature, initial fluorine ion concentration, initial phosphate concentration, coexistence of other anions and initial pH for fluorine ion were investigated. The phosphate penetration curve and the effect of the total adsorption process. The results show that the system has a strong adaptability to environmental conditions, and the effect of operating temperature on the penetration curve is not obvious. The optimum treatment effect can be achieved at 25 鈩,
