球腎白線蚓與赤子愛勝蚓生態(tài)毒理測(cè)試比較

【摘要】:通過對(duì)赤子愛勝蚓(Eisenia foetida)和球腎白線蚓(Fridericia bulbosa)的個(gè)體特征、飼養(yǎng)環(huán)境、試驗(yàn)方法操作性、受試生物的敏感性等方面開展系統(tǒng)比較,探討了球腎白線蚓對(duì)土壤中典型污染物生態(tài)毒性檢測(cè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明,球腎白線蚓與赤子愛勝蚓相比,飼養(yǎng)、繁殖育種方法相似,但其個(gè)體特征差異明顯、比表面積大;試驗(yàn)操作簡(jiǎn)便、易于觀察、對(duì)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生的污染小;球腎白線蚓和赤子愛勝蚓的14 dLC_(50)(暴露14 d后的半數(shù)致死濃度)可作為污染土壤風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的生物標(biāo)志物,在選取同一污染物暴露的情況下,球腎白線蚓的14 d-LC_(50)是赤子愛勝蚓的1/200~1/5,對(duì)污染物的毒性效應(yīng)更靈敏,可優(yōu)先作為土壤污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的生物標(biāo)志物。
[Abstract]:A systematic comparison was carried out on the individual characteristics, feeding environment, operation of test methods and sensitivity of tested organisms between Eisenia foetidaand Fridericia bulbosa, Eisenia foetida and Fridericia bula. In this paper, the advantages of Eco-toxicity test for typical pollutants in soil by vermis bulbar were studied. The results showed that the breeding and breeding methods were similar to those of Aisheng vermis, but their individual characteristics were obviously different, the specific surface area was large, the experiment was simple, easy to observe, and the pollution to the environment was small. The 14d LC50 (LD50 after 14 days exposure) could be used as a biomarker for the risk assessment of contaminated soil. When the same contaminants were exposed to the same contaminants, they could be used as biomarkers. The 14 d-LCStup of the vermis of the bulb kidney is 1 / 200 / 1 / 5 of that of Aisheng vermis, which is more sensitive to the toxic effect of pollutants, and can be used as a biomarker for the risk assessment of soil pollution.
