有機(jī)改性凹凸棒石黏土的制備及其對(duì)亞甲基藍(lán)的吸附性能

【摘要】:近年來有機(jī)改性成為凹凸棒石(ATP)研究的熱點(diǎn)。以十六烷基三甲基溴化銨(CTAB)為改性劑,超聲制備了有機(jī)改性凹凸棒石黏土(O-ATP),以FTIR、SEM及XRD對(duì)O-ATP進(jìn)行了表征,研究了其對(duì)模擬印染廢水中亞甲基藍(lán)的吸附行為,探究了改性比例、吸附時(shí)間、溫度、pH值、吸附劑用量、亞甲基藍(lán)初始濃度對(duì)吸附率的影響,通過正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)選出了最優(yōu)吸附條件:吸附劑用量0.6g,吸附時(shí)間2h,溫度20℃,pH=4。結(jié)果顯示,在最優(yōu)條件下,O-ATP對(duì)亞甲基藍(lán)的吸附率可達(dá)82%,吸附等溫線符合Freundlich模型。脫附試驗(yàn)表明O-ATP對(duì)亞甲基藍(lán)具有循環(huán)再生能力,前3次脫附后吸附率均可以達(dá)到66%以上,可提高使用效率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, organic modification of attapulgite has become a hot spot in the research of attapulgite ATP. Using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as modifier, the organic modified attapulgite clay, O-ATPase, was prepared by ultrasonic method. O-ATP was characterized by FTIR SEM and XRD. The adsorption behavior of methylene blue in simulated printing and dyeing wastewater was studied. The effects of adsorption time, temperature, pH value, adsorbent dosage and initial concentration of methylene blue on the adsorption rate were studied.
